We made an appointment for 1 pm, but no use they still give preference to in person visit ppl. Also, very unprofessional staff and not trained. There is no processes setup, an unpleasant experience. Never coming back!!!!

Spandana is a good hospital. I really like the promptness of support staff here. They are very supportive and polite and try their best to guide on everything. Doctors are also good. I’ve shown to 2 doctors here and my experience has been good. They explain everything properly & don’t rush the patient. Answer all questions. Overall my experience has been good always.

Facility is good. Scope for improvement is there. Like hk just need to check cleaning requirements. Cleaning is really good. Patient gowns need to change on daily basis. Canteen plates to clear regularly.

We visited this hospital due to am emergency only because it was close to our place and we walked in with low expectations considering how inexpensive and easily accessible their services were. However, to our surprise- this turned out to be a really nice facility both in terms of the quality health services offered here and the cleanliness and general punctuality. While most hospitals treat appointments like an absolute formality and rarely ever honour the timeslot allotted, Spandana's doctors are different where they meet you on time and also make sure to spend enough time with you to discuss everything that you need to know. Being from a household with many members, I had to visit quite a few specialists like their Gastro- Kaushik, their GP- Divya, their Pediatrician- Prassanna and some others and we loved everyone of them! Their support staff are also super helpful and we would like to really appreciate the service and support provided by Libi in guiding us through the different departments and processes during an annual health check. We don't need to look for another medical facility as long as we have Spandana near by.
