I'm visiting the showroom tenth or twelfth time in the last two years. They are changing the interior every time we visit here. I like the previous interior. Bought a wardrobe and dressing table first. Then a recliner for living room. And lot of decors, i bought here. No issues so far. Only once, my eight year old broke the glass in the dresser. They replaced it and of course, they charged 650 for the glass. Service is good, the staffs are changing a lot. Everytime someone new is there, so you have to explain your idea for the home everytime.

My experience with Royal Oak, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore showroom has been totally disappointing. Ordered product on November. 2 cots and 3 matteres. 1 cot delivered on January which was promised by December. Other cot after so many days, came yesterday and is not fitted. I don't understand how this entire process takes so long.. literally have been lying down on the floors for 2 months! Why to spend and take so much stress to mind and body. This purchase I regret for life time. I will never ever recommend royal Oak to any one. Learn to do ethical business. Customer service is a very important area, I dunno whom to say this to. Now I have the boxes and I dunno how many eons it will take for you guys to send a fitting person! Learn to keep customers happy, it's a basic sense your representative should have! The number of calls and follow up done from my end, you deserve to pay compensation. Worst of worst experience.

Quality of the product looks low... bought dinning table and chairs 3 months back and the chair is broken now itself..please think before you go...they have lots of designs but I don't think the quantity is good.

Worst customer service. I purchased a recliner worth 1 lakh, payment made ten days prior the requested date of delivery. We wanted the recliner to be delivered today, by 1100. The time when I am posting this review is 1530, in the meantime we had called them ten times, and there is no prompt response from the warehouse. N

The store has good collection of designs, across a different price ranges, the pricing is reasonably ok, the discount is a just a fab, and they do not take custom orders, the quality is good, however the delivery boxes had made in China labels, the sales folks said it was from Indonesia. Anyway need to see how they are 5 years down the line. The sales folks are really nice and courteous, and patient in explaining the product.
