Need to revive their products. Same old collections. Fabric quality is not upto mark. Old collections with new price tags. 2yrs back pantaloons was my favourite shopping destination but now I am very disappointed with their products.

I have visited Pantaloons shop @ Erode City, while I purchased dresses for my family around Rs:7000. Staff behaviour is very rude and very fraud in business management making the customers to be in trouble by saying false offers during final bill payment instead of 8% they have cheated me by giving 5% offer I am already having pantaloons membership very huge disappointed with pantaloons kindly take action against the staff of Pantaloons Cashier Mr. Gopinath, Deputy Manager - Robert, Manager - he behaved in rude manner with customers kindly take action againstthey pantaloons staff. Definitely I will raise this complaint in consumer court because they have cheated me around Rs: 800 by conveying wrong information and offers to the customers.

A bit changes with the brands than before but has a good collection of clothes at cosy prices

My family is a regular customer. Today (22/5/23)it turned to be a very unpleasant experience. I went to buy kids wear for gifting. The cashier refused to accept Two thousand rupees note stating the new RBI circular reason.When transaction is valid for 2000 rupees note till September they bluntly refused to accept. It was so insulting with bitter verbal exchange with salesman and the manager.End result I returned back and decided not to visit this reputed shop again.They are rude too😡

The showroom was good collections was not that much but service was so good

Pantaloons showroom in Erode is one good place for multibrand clothing choice. But they don't seem to get new arrivals often and you end up looking at the same dresses during each visit.

Offers available for limited options only. Only a few brands have offers. The clothes are nice and good.

While i get in to the shop time is nearly 1pm the shop opens at 11am but there is no AC i can't able to stand for even 5 min no air circulation staff said AC Need to turn ON but the cashier lies said AC IS on sir but it takes 3 hours to get air cooling pantaloons in erode behaves cheaply If you cant afford for AC It's fine please place fan Atleast i can't able to stand for 5 min i don't no how staffs are managing please for their sake use atleast Fan

Billing section is Really irritating. They are spending more time on explaining about their coupons and their benefits. Its irritating.

Collections, Variety are more satisfaction. But the comapnies conditions in timing of the operations have to be more friendly for the customers.
