Practising yoga for almost 5 months and I could see a alot of difference in my health. Feeling so energetic and when ever I lift heavy things or do any work for a longer time I will have a pain in my arms but after doing yoga I don't find any . I always enjoy going to the class . Feel so positive when I'm at class. Kavitha mam is very friendly person and also cares for each and every individual's health.
