Kind advice to people who take regular service here. Please get the name of the person if you like their service. So that you can request the same person for the next service. I used to do eye brow threading here regularly. Usually the service will be very nice even though i get service from different person. Yesterday (24 nov), i visited the parlour for eye brow threading. Even after i told the lady to remove only extras, she made it very thin and it was not even at both side..i was literally shocked to see the result..out of shock and anger i didnt ask her name. It was a horrible experience.

We did a couple glam up in this branch..kesang did a olaplex hair spa..she did her job effortlessly...guru did a haircut and de tan and we are satisfied with both their services...staffs are kind and well educated..one thing to consider is..it could be little cost efficient..

Karthika was the one who did the eyebrows threading for me and I must say, I loved it. She turned them pretty quickly causing least pain and she was really friendly. The wait time is okayamd the people overall are friendly.

Staff - KARTHIGA Mostly in Eyebrow threading whichever shop we go they do and finish off. If asked abt detailed and redo they try to push u wit what they think...But HERE a girl named Ms/Mrs.KARTHIGA was excellent, patient with her service and output.The impression i got on her when it comes to underside area eyebrow threading alwaz it will pain for all persons but she gav me a perfect Arch one which i asked.
