I ordered a medium mango smoothie, bagel w/ cream cheese on THE SIDE & A snack size bacon. The cashier rung me up separately so I swiped my card three times she just couldn’t get the order correct. I go on the pickup side and pick my order up she had it in as “Not Toasted” for my bagel which I never said so I have NO idea where she got that from and they did not give me any cream cheese on the side as asked for. It’s maybe 2 women there that speaks English the rest of them don’t so asking for something or something as simple as placing your order is such an hassle. They have to go get 1 of the 2 women there that’s bilingual to come and ask what you are asking. So the manager Rosalada is VERY Rude & nasty she told me that the cashier didn’t charge me for the cream cheese I explained to her the order I put in with the cashier (remember I had to use my card 3 different times) she became very combative and tried to argue with me. She snatched the bag out my hand that had my receipts in them took out 3 napkins and went to get me 1 Cream cheese. I asked may I have my napkins back please she told me “No you have too many” I had a total of 7 napkins literally 7! She took 3 which left me with 4. It was no reason for her to be this rude. This is the attitude I get Everytime I come here. The serve and cater to the hispanic people first and every one else comes last. This is very prejudice. I wouldn’t recommend this DD or will I ever be back! I normally come here literally 6 days out of the week not anymore.

Every time I come here they are very rude. I order my food 20 minutes in advance and every time I get here. Oh we’re gonna make it in 10 minutes. That is not acceptable. This store is not that busy and then you’re going to tell me that you don’t have a drink I ordered instead of calling me to letting me know this this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one ever been to, and I will never ever come back.

Matcha latte is my go to! The staff is young and polite so I’m patient with them and I always tip!

This store has a kiosk and, in my experience today, you cannot order from a person. I tried ordering two dozen donuts but the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to add my item and check-out. I asked a person for help and they said if you can’t use the kiosk, you can’t order. So I had to leave, even though I could see my item clearly accessible. So incredibly frustrating.

I haven't ordered anything here yet. It has appeared nice enough. However, they did tell a friend of mine to leave only ten minutes after he was here. I was not there during the encounter, however I encouraged him to record the event the next time, if it happens because he said it was discrimination and I've known only good things from him and I know that at times people have judged a book by it's cover.

I go in the inside the wait is long no order! And there getting your food with no gloves no mask same hands that touch the money! Take 15 minutes just for a bagel!!! Then I tried to order another day for pick up. I get to the window she say we don’t have order… I say ok when will it be ready?? She walks away smh just terrible service!!!

I went in to sit while I was getting my car serviced. The place has a relaxed environment. A mix of RnB music, clean tables and fast service. I purchased a large Iced Caramel coffee and a sausage egg croissant aka a Croisandwich. 👈👈TM.😁 Stop by and check 'em out!

I really try to work with ppl and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, there this one employee there that I feel personally makes my drink wrong. I ask for oat milk every time she gives me cow milk. One time she smirked at me when she saw me walking through the door after leaving with the ice coffee I didn’t ask for. Im almost out of fingers on one hand. Im counting to see if I’m crazy or if she’s deliberately being rude. Today was the 4 time. Of her deliberately being rude. Gave me cow milk. When I asked her she admitted she puts both milk. Now I will be filling a bigger complaint.

I haven’t been to a Dunkin location in a long time, and finally realized that way u don’t anymore. Upon my arrival, the location asks for patrons to use kiosks. I immediately got excited to see that one of my favorite donuts (chocolate coconut) was on the menu. I obviously decided to order with an Americano. Upon receiving my order, I was told that they don’t have the donut I purchased. I feel as if ur going to push consumers to use a kiosk, what’s been ordered should be provided or update ur inventory of items sold or available. As far as cleanliness of this location, the manager may want to address especially during high peak hours. I honestly don’t plan to return to this location, based off product availability & cleanliness of location.

Today I had the best frap I ever had. Better than Starbucks. It was beyond perfect. I had a butternut pecan crunch and it was amazingly smooth, delicious and a slight crunch. Thank you

Pretty poor service. Girls are relatively nice but they will just leave you standing there for like 10-15 minutes when you’re first in line. Pretty consistently out of a lot of things by 10:00 am. Kind of ridiculous. Do not go to this location

The owner is cheap as they come. Keypad Locks on bathroom doors and charges for extra cup. I spent 30 dollars on my family, but no extra cup.

If I could leave no stars I would. Today my family and I stopped there for breakfast after my children taekwondo class. We are a muslim family so I ordered the turkey sausage sandwich for myself and my husband and donuts for the children. We left and went home upon arrival at home we realized that there was bacon on our sandwiches. I promptly went back and asked them to be made properly. The young lady tried to just take the bacon off and put the turkey on. As stated before our family is Muslim so we can’t consume the food once it has touched pork. After asking for the them to remake the entire sandwich they caught an attitude and were nasty about having to remake the entire sandwich. I understand that this was a hassle but even on my receipt it says turkey.

I placed my order through the app to use the walk up area to pick my food up. I rang the bell and there was someone else that walked up after me. I was standing in front of the bell and she was off to the side. Instead of asking who was first she took the Hispanic girl that was off to the side first. When I brought it to someone’s attention the woman got an attitude and apologized. It’s 43 degrees outside and I can see my order sitting there. You could have even asked for both of our names but you only saw the one that looked like you. Interesting experience to say the least.

This place is horrible. Every time I come here I place my order 20 minutes ahead of time and it’s never ready. My orders always wrong. It’s a disappointment every time.

The staff are rude, take forever and constantly make mistakes. I once waited almost 30 mins for a simple order. The last time I was here they burnt my bagel and one of my items wasn't available they tell me 15 mins into the wait, so I exchanged it for something else and they did not give me the price difference even though the replacement cost less. Terrible management/staff in this place. Every single time I order here some happens. Unfortunately it's the only one I have near me.

No drive-thru Nice location and friendly staff. It is Baskin + Dunkin. The service was quick and professional.

Got my order wrong and overcharged. Ordered a signature cake batter latte and they gave me a regular latte but still charged for the fancy latte. Did they pay someone to write them good reviews?

I've ordered from here multiple times in the past year and they've always sucked. Anything you order take 20min even if you order ahead and is incorrect. The staff is rude, even the new staff. If you order online for pick up window, they will act like they don't see you until you bang on the window. This place is trash. Just go to the one by PG mall.
