    Will never use Enterprise again. Don't believe them when you book a rental and they say the pick up time is 12:00 noon. I showed up a little after 12 and the place was closed. Now why would enterprise tell me to pick up the car at 12 when the place closes at 12? I naturally assumed that if the pick up time is 12, the place must be open through the afternoon, right? Wrong. Please don't use enterprise. They don't deserve your business.

    I have been attempting to rent a car since Monday, they have made no effort to get me in one. On Wednesday I called and confirmed they would have a car for me on Thursday because I urgently needed one for Saturday, only to get a call back on Thursday that they would have no cars available for me till the following Tuesday. Forget my plans, that was not their problem. NEVER AGAIN!

    Don't make a reservation at this location what so ever! Cavela was the most unprofessional employee - Laughed after I explained I've been waiting since 10 am for a rental. She said to come in, sit, and wait for a car she can't guarantee will be there at 430 even though they close at 5pm. The fact that I called a week ahead of time and then at 9 am to confirm a car didn't matter.

    Avoid this branch AT ALL COSTS. They will send you an email confirming your reservation days in advance and then on day of pick-up will tell you they didn't actually reserve a vehicle for you. Update (10/14/22): I contacted Enterprise customer care, as requested by Chris M. I was informed that there is literally nothing they can do, and that reservations mean nothing. AVOID ALL ENTERPRISE LOCATIONS AT ALL COSTS! Your reservation means nothing to them.

    I waited almost 2 hours for my car which had been booked by an insurance company. I called to confirm at 11am for a 1pm pickup. At 1pm: Nothing. Then talked to the manager who said she had no idea who I had talked to. Then she promised a car in 15 or 20 mins. Nothing. An hour later I took an uber over there and waited more. Drove off at 2:45pm. Don't promise what u cant deliver

    Will never be returning! Worst nightmare! I have visited this location multiple times and never had an issue. This location is now under new management and I believe that is where the issues begin. I picked up the rental on 4/12/23 and a young lady named Tatiana walked around the vehicle with me and we spotted all the damage of the vehicle it had matching dents on the left and right side of the car. We walked around and discussed the dents and scratches and she assured me they were all noted. When I dropped the car back off to enterprise on May 8th, they told me I dented the car and I was responsible for the charges. Tatiana had been moved to a new location so the manager Brandon assured me he would reach out to her and follow up with me after they spoke. Brandon never gave me a call back regarding the situation. It is now May 26th and I have multiple charges on my card from this location. I went there to speak with Brandon who had no sense of urgency or customer service, to figure out what the charges were and about the damage to the vehicle. Brandon had no answer other than he filed a claim for the damage and I was responsible. On top of all that Geico was paying for the vehicle and enterprise continues to take money out of my account 20 days after the car has been returned. This was a horrible experience!

    I have been trying to get someone to call me back for 2 weeks now. Apparently their phone system is down but between my class and work schedule I don't have the time to go to the branch before they close. So my issue is that have overcharged me and continue to do so because they are the only ones who can make changes to my reservation. Over $100 in over charges and although they cannot be bothered to return my call they continue to make unauthorized charges on my account that I did not approve. I had the customer service line notify them that I wanted this removed and to return my calls over a week ago yet no response. They are literally scamming people.

    Praise/props/kudos for Mr. Proctor & staff at College Park (9321 Baltimore Ave) MD Enterprise! Though I live less than a 10 min walk from a competitor rental agency (Budget/Avis), I plan to rent from this Enterprise location in the future. The team, is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The vehicle I rented was in good repair, had relatively low mileage and the interior was clean. By comparison, the last set of vehicles offered by above mentioned College Park Budget/Avis, were the opposite; old-high mileage cars in need of repair (dashboard warning lights lit), obvious dents, interiors were smoke filled and not vacuumed and the exteriors were also dirty. (smh) That said, I appreciate the level of and very apparent pride in the services offered by the staff.

    I had a great experience with this enterprise at College Park. Small problem with my car I had nothing that stopped me from getting where I needed to be. Neil Powell and Stefan helped me immensely, and because of those two and their great customers service I would rent here again in a heart beat. Thank you gentlemen

    Always A+ customer service! Everyone is attentive and professional. It tends to get busy very easily but with patience, on the customer end, you will be assisted to the best of their abilities. I appreciate Brandon and his associates for their friendly and prompt service!

    Best car rental experience. Avoid aggregations like priceline. Experience is smoother with individual cars. You also get free upgrades here randomly. Price they display is the price you pay. Avoid buying additional trip insurance from the counter. Alternative online options are much cheaper.

    I recently needed repairs done on my vehicle, and was in need of a rental for a week. I just wanted to acknowledge the professional services I received from the staff here at this branch. Even when faced with circumstances beyond their control ( lack of rental cars to accommodate customers present on this day) they all remained compassionate, understanding, and calm when a customer was understandably frustrated. Great customer service is key for any business. Brandon and his team Tahylor, Kenneth, Trina, and another associate who was transporting customers from my auto body shop to enterprise (my apologies for not catching your name) all assisted me in some way during my rental experience. Thank you!

    12/12 UPDATE/Chrysler Voyager I made a reservation for 12/6, received a call before I could get there stating they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved 2 days prior. I didn’t worry much about it because I had a reservation for 12/7 as well AND there was snow on my commute for 12/6 and I wasn’t driving in snow. The morning of 12/7 I arrived to the lot at 7:13am and my son and I sat in my car discussing what we saw inside the gate because there wasn’t 1 minivan in site, red flag #1. Once the gate opened, we walked in and a young lady in a white SUV stared the office was opening late because the managers were in training. WHAT?!?!? She then asks if I have a reservation and I told her I did and what it was for and she says we don’t even have that here, try Hyattsville, Beltsville or Laurel. Now I reserved a vehicle to pick up at 7:30, go where I had to go and return it the same day, but now I the customer have to go around and search for my own vehicle to rent, red flag #2. Disappointed I was but knowing I had to make this trip that day or never, I drove to the Beltsville location and was told they didn’t have any cars and wanted to know why I was being sent around to look for a car when they could’ve called. I thanked them for their assistance and instead of heading to Laurel, I drove back down to College Park and let them know Beltsville didn’t have any cars and I wasn’t going to Laurel for a car when I reserved one here. After a little over 2 hours I was finally in a minivan, thanks to Mikayla who called around and found one in Lanham and had the young lady who sent me to Beltsville go pick it up. I was informed I would only be charged for that 1 day. I let Mikayla know since I was now leaving over 2 hours later that delays my return time by a few hours with the vehicle, she said it was fine, I told her okay because I’m moving my daughter out of her dorm, she said the van would have much more space, she was right. I returned to the lot the same evening, around 10:32pm, dropped the vehicle off, put the keys in the drop box and left it there with a little more fuel than what I had when I picked it up. Today is 12/12, I’ve yet to receive a call saying the rental was okay & my deposit will be sent back to me, nothing. I called the location multiple times on 12/9 between 9:05am & 10:28 and after being on hold with each call it disconnects because they’re so busy no one can answer the phone. I called the main number for Enterprise to discuss what might be going on and if I was able to drive I could but I had a medical procedure the day before so I’m unable to drive for a while and I was told the vehicle was checked in, it was okay and I should receive my deposit by Monday. I went on the app, there’s no info on the rental, the charge for the rental is no longer “pending”, it hit my account for the full $391.72, when it usually says the full amount is pending but when the vehicle gets checked back in there’s a reverse charge for the deposit, not this time. I want to know where my deposit is and make sure I don’t return to this location if I don’t have to because my experience between June, July and December were night & day. Mikayla dealt with a lot in there in her own and I have mad respect for her, her customer service is outstanding. Great service with a smile, Monday through Friday 👀 2023 UPDATE!! Service continues to be exceptional & with a smile but let me add that’s Monday-Saturday because they’re extremely busy in the short amount of time they’re open on Saturday and the staff continues to provide that great customer service WITH a smile!! Let me also just say I made a reservation for the cheapest little car to get me from point A to point B but upon arrival there were no little beep beeps for me so Tahylor upgraded me & made me an even happier customer because now I’m considering buying that make & model!! There’s nothing like a satisfied customer, thank you again Tahylor, Brandon & Kenneth, you all are the best, I’ll be back!!

    Terrible customer service. Renting with Enterprise has been a nightmare ( at this location) they are extremely rude and rush through everything. In addition, they are not very knowledgeable about much you will have to check and double check behind all of their work.They over charged me, and gave wrong information to me multiple times. Now I am having to go back and re work billing issues. In addition the manager is always hiding and never in communication with customers, leaving a zoo to be ran. Avoid.

    I want to show my anger with this place and its employees and more with the manager who did not want to rent me a car for 15 passengers. I reserved this vehicle more than 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday 11/4/22 and return it on Monday 11/7/22 They gave me many excuses for not renting it to me even though I provided them with all the necessary documents and that they asked me and even if in the end they invented me more excuses and the worst thing is that I couldn't go out with my family anymore because I didn't have more time to look for another place to rent another vehicle just the same and we had a very important event with my family I don't recommend them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    TLDR: Enterprise charged me for a premium vehicle (Chevy Impala) even though I specifically declined a premium vehicle. As part of my insurance policy, I was given a loaner vehicle from Enterprise while my vehicle received repairs. Before I received the loaner vehicle, I spoke to an Enterprise representative over the phone and specifically declined a premium vehicle when I was offered. When I received the loaner vehicle, it was not disclosed that I was accepting a premium vehicle. Only when I returned the vehicle was I informed that it was a premium vehicle and was charged $115 as my insurance policy only covered standard vehicles. Of course, there was no way to prove that I had declined a premium vehicle as that choice was never documented. Always make sure to have documented proof of what type of vehicle you choose or accept as Enterprise will swindle you out of money if you don't.

    I made this reservation about a month ago give or take and I spoke to enterprise on 10/26/22 and it was confirm that I can come in on the 10/27/22 to pick up a vehicle I met with Bianca and I check in but the reservation was not available at this time another vehicle was offered but the price went up from my reservation I spoke to manager Megan she said to give her a few minutes in ten minutes she approve a vehicle I was on the road. Thank you manager Megan, Bianca and the college park enterprise team very much APPRECIATE IT.

    The employees at this location were so helpful, considerate, and professional. I came in right before closing on a Saturday afternoon in desperate need of a car because mine was totaled in a flash flood, and Jake went out of his way to help me out and get me into a rental as soon as possible. Afterwards, there were a few times I had to extend my rental while my insurance company was trying to decide whether or not to declare my car totaled. I spoke to Bianca, Megan, and Brent on separate occasions. They were both so understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They made adjusting the length of the rental so painless and fast. Also, the process of returning the rental was a breeze. We were able to leave the rental at the dealership after purchasing a new vehicle, and an associate at the closest Enterprise picked it up and returned it to where we initially rented it from. If I ever need to rent a car again, I am 100% going to this Enterprise on Baltimore Ave. I’m so glad we chose them. Having my car totaled was very stressful, but it was such a relief that the rental and everything about it was taken care of.

    Amazing place to rent a car. Just need a driver's license , a booking and a credit card to hold 300$ ( refunded same day). If you're a student book using student id and show a registered course. You will get a student discount (almost half price). Take their insurance or don't if you have your own!

    We had to rent a car last minute due to car trouble before leaving town. Online rental process was smooth. Both the associate when I picked up the car and the associate when I returned it were friendly and professional. I also received a call the second day into the rental to see if every was to my satisfaction.

    Goes to show that if you DON'T document everything tooth and nail, and you DON'T get their insurance, you will get hit with the claims bill that comes because they didn't catch that one scratch that you did or didn't do. For the record, the sales person just pulled the car in from another renter and I just happened to take pictures of the back and side dents. Lord knows I should've taken a picture of the front. Got hit with a claims bill for $1,547 that I just can't dispute. Don't do what I did and don't do business here.
