I
made
a
reservation
for
12/6,
received
a
call
before
I
could
get
there
stating
they
didn’t
have
the
vehicle
I
reserved
2
days
prior.
I
didn’t
worry
much
about
it
because
I
had
a
reservation
for
12/7
as
well
AND
there
was
snow
on
my
commute
for
12/6
and
I
wasn’t
driving
in
snow.
The
morning
of
12/7
I
arrived
to
the
lot
at
7:13am
and
my
son
and
I
sat
in
my
car
discussing
what
we
saw
inside
the
gate
because
there
wasn’t
1
minivan
in
site,
red
flag
#1.
Once
the
gate
opened,
we
walked
in
and
a
young
lady
in
a
white
SUV
stared
the
office
was
opening
late
because
the
managers
were
in
training.
WHAT?!?!?
She
then
asks
if
I
have
a
reservation
and
I
told
her
I
did
and
what
it
was
for
and
she
says
we
don’t
even
have
that
here,
try
Hyattsville,
Beltsville
or
Laurel.
Now
I
reserved
a
vehicle
to
pick
up
at
7:30,
go
where
I
had
to
go
and
return
it
the
same
day,
but
now
I
the
customer
have
to
go
around
and
search
for
my
own
vehicle
to
rent,
red
flag
#2.
Disappointed
I
was
but
knowing
I
had
to
make
this
trip
that
day
or
never,
I
drove
to
the
Beltsville
location
and
was
told
they
didn’t
have
any
cars
and
wanted
to
know
why
I
was
being
sent
around
to
look
for
a
car
when
they
could’ve
called.
I
thanked
them
for
their
assistance
and
instead
of
heading
to
Laurel,
I
drove
back
down
to
College
Park
and
let
them
know
Beltsville
didn’t
have
any
cars
and
I
wasn’t
going
to
Laurel
for
a
car
when
I
reserved
one
here.
After
a
little
over
2
hours
I
was
finally
in
a
minivan,
thanks
to
Mikayla
who
called
around
and
found
one
in
Lanham
and
had
the
young
lady
who
sent
me
to
Beltsville
go
pick
it
up.
I
was
informed
I
would
only
be
charged
for
that
1
day.
I
let
Mikayla
know
since
I
was
now
leaving
over
2
hours
later
that
delays
my
return
time
by
a
few
hours
with
the
vehicle,
she
said
it
was
fine,
I
told
her
okay
because
I’m
moving
my
daughter
out
of
her
dorm,
she
said
the
van
would
have
much
more
space,
she
was
right.
I
returned
to
the
lot
the
same
evening,
around
10:32pm,
dropped
the
vehicle
off,
put
the
keys
in
the
drop
box
and
left
it
there
with
a
little
more
fuel
than
what
I
had
when
I
picked
it
up.
Today
is
12/12,
I’ve
yet
to
receive
a
call
saying
the
rental
was
okay
&
my
deposit
will
be
sent
back
to
me,
nothing.
I
called
the
location
multiple
times
on
12/9
between
9:05am
&
10:28
and
after
being
on
hold
with
each
call
it
disconnects
because
they’re
so
busy
no
one
can
answer
the
phone.
I
called
the
main
number
for
Enterprise
to
discuss
what
might
be
going
on
and
if
I
was
able
to
drive
I
could
but
I
had
a
medical
procedure
the
day
before
so
I’m
unable
to
drive
for
a
while
and
I
was
told
the
vehicle
was
checked
in,
it
was
okay
and
I
should
receive
my
deposit
by
Monday.
I
went
on
the
app,
there’s
no
info
on
the
rental,
the
charge
for
the
rental
is
no
longer
“pending”,
it
hit
my
account
for
the
full
$391.72,
when
it
usually
says
the
full
amount
is
pending
but
when
the
vehicle
gets
checked
back
in
there’s
a
reverse
charge
for
the
deposit,
not
this
time.
I
want
to
know
where
my
deposit
is
and
make
sure
I
don’t
return
to
this
location
if
I
don’t
have
to
because
my
experience
between
June,
July
and
December
were
night
&
day.
Mikayla
dealt
with
a
lot
in
there
in
her
own
and
I
have
mad
respect
for
her,
her
customer
service
is
outstanding.
Great
service
with
a
smile,
Monday
through
Friday

UPDATE!!
Service
continues
to
be
exceptional
&
with
a
smile
but
let
me
add
that’s
Monday-Saturday
because
they’re
extremely
busy
in
the
short
amount
of
time
they’re
open
on
Saturday
and
the
staff
continues
to
provide
that
great
customer
service
WITH
a
smile!!
Let
me
also
just
say
I
made
a
reservation
for
the
cheapest
little
car
to
get
me
from
point
A
to
point
B
but
upon
arrival
there
were
no
little
beep
beeps
for
me
so
Tahylor
upgraded
me
&
made
me
an
even
happier
customer
because
now
I’m
considering
buying
that
make
&
model!!

satisfied
