    Terrible!!! I made slight modifications to a salad and it was WRONG. I spoke with the manager she confirmed the order, they told me to pull over, and they would bring it to my car after it was remade, and guess what?? The second time WRONG again. The manager on duty was truly apologetic, provided me a refund plus other rewards cards for my troubles. The staff needs more training. The fact that the manager asked them to ensure that it was made correctly, and it still came back wrong speaks volumes. This place is terrible! This is not the first time that something like this has happened at this location. Chick-fil-A used to be known for their customer service. Not anymore!

    I don't know what's going on with this location...either new management, new hires, new policy or a combination of all 3, but my orders are always missing entire entrées & sides. This is the 7th time in a row. The service never used to be this bad so I kept writing it off as an honest mistake, but at 7 times in a row someone is stealing food and stealing my money as I paid for it. They have done nothing to remedy the situation. In order to pursue better health I stopped eating at fast foods, all but Chick Fil A. I mainly stayed for the customer service which seems to have gone down the drain. Now this is the perfect reason for me to give them up completely. I don't want to continue paying for items that I'm not even receiving so I don't even bother to go anymore. Unless they fix this, spending money there would literally be throwing money away.

    The worst experience I ever had with chick fil a. I waited 30 min for my food and when I didn’t get and seen other people come after me get their food I asked to see and manager the girl said that he is busy so I said can I get my money back she said yes. At no time did they try to give me my food. So I seen another set of managers in a meeting I asked a question about speaking to him he said did they give you you money and did you get corporate number. I said yes. They said ok have a good day. I said this is not the policy of chick fil a I will be calling the corporate office.

    I love Chick fil A. And usually you get great service and never have any issues. But on a Friday afternoon, this location was overly crowded and it was a substantial wait. I Had to wait for my food in the drive thru waiting area (has never happened before) as ididnt order anything special. And I had to send the drive thru person back 2 times. Once for my drinks that they forgot to give me, and again for my requested sauces that weren't in the bag. I guess they were overwhelmed with all the drive thru orders. I love chick fil a, but I probably wouldn't go back to this particular location, and especially not on a Friday afternoon.

    Everything here is 11, and out of 11, I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A since I was very young, and I have loved it since then. The food is always the best. The customer service is fantastic. It’s fast with the drive and inside. I loved it! last time we placed our order, and when we went to sit down, it was already ready. This is a 10 out of 10. Yes🩷

    The managers had the WORSE attitudes . You can tell they didn’t want to be there . Cody was rude and when I complained everyone just looked around like it didn’t matter . Once I drove 20 mins towards home , I realized my food was missing. I called and was told whenever I come back on that side of town they would give it to me. I can’t order food and ask can I pay next time. How rude and what a joke. I WILL be contacting corporate. Training is seriously needed because this is NOT okay.

    Gave me the wrong drink and left out 1/3 of my order. I called the store to get a refund on what wasn’t put in the bag and no one answered the phone. It shouldn’t be that hard to get 3 drinks right when 2 of them are the same drink and size. Unprofessional

    Why is it so freaking hard to remember to put the sauce in the bag? The sauce is listed right on the label along with the food that should be in the bag. But for some reason, these people keep forgetting my sauce. Do you know how angering it is to get home and not have any of the sauce you requested?

    I ordered through the app, I got a salad and took the beans off and paid the extra .40 for only corn because I'm allergic to beans. I get home and almost no corn but all beans. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and never returning to this location.

    This vista gardens locations is the best I've been to yet. I've been to many because of the work I do but the customer service here is out standing. I have to tilt my hat to the manager Myeisha, she always knows what I get know since I've been going there for two weeks straight and fast service every time. The way she interact with her co-workers and customer is amazing everyone likes her and also I can't forget about tay, That guy always make sure my drink I correct and it never is. I tilt my hat two these two and there great customer service skills.

    The atmosphere was really good. Inside is very cozy and home-feeling. The order was fast, maybe because I went early. There’s a playground for kids inside for mom’s who want to have meal with their family/friends. The taste of coffee was not that good.

    Order 3 4 count mins and 3 apple juice one chick biscuit and diet coke. I spent $33 and some change, no chicken biscuit no straw. All the people working no ones Order should be wrong. I had to travel from bowie down to Waldorf. 😵‍💫 and I am a Diabetic!!

    Awesome experience as usual. Finally got to try the Honey Pepper Pimento. I had mine with a spicy chicken filet. Sandwich was great 👍🏾 This location is always clean and the service is fast.

    Do yourself a favor and never come to this CFA. I did a delivery order with this location thru the CFA app (delivery done through Doordash) at around 8:30 pm on a Saturday night for a sandwich meal and a milkshake and fries for my boyfriend. Got the order at around 9 pm and saw that both of our fries were missing. I, unfortunately, had to make a drive to the restaurant just to find out that it was drive through only but I literally just wanted my fries. I don’t need to sit in a long line just for you to give me fries. I went up to the door to talk to the PG officer about my issue and he just waved me off and acted like I didn’t exist after a while. Extremely rude. I get in the drive thru line and wait for almost 30 mins just for them to tell me they can’t give me my missing fries because it’s a door dash issue. How is it a Door dash issue when the bag is sealed up when the driver gets there?! And this is not the first time they messed up my order and tried to pin it on Doordash. I remember when this location was great back when it first opened. I don’t if they have new management but they need to make some changes. Until then, I will NEVER go back there again. I will go up the street to Bowie Marketplace instead.

    It is absolutely unacceptable to place a mobile order then have to wait over 30 mins in the drive thru just to get ice cold fries and sandwiches and to have a missing drink. The guy outside the window was even passing out food to cars behind those who were closer to the pick up window waiting the longest. If it’s been 30 mins there’s zero excuse to not have it ready when you get to the window but have others’ behind you get their food first. My husband has even complained how slow and poorly managed this location’s drive thru is.

    I visited this location on 9/2 around 6 p.m. I had a mobile order. The outside staff was amazing and moving the line fast taking orders. I redeemed my birthday treat in the app for a Cookies & Cream Milkshake with no cherry. When I pulled around to the last window, I saw the server about to hand me the milkshake and I told her that I asked for no cherry and that I was allergic to them. She gave it back to the one that made it and said “She didn’t want cherry”. And I watched the lady grab the milkshake back and pull out a spoon & the whipped cream and the outside server said “You would have to scoop it all the way out”, as I was right there watching them. I asked the lady if she could make it completely over because I didn’t feel like taking Benadryl and she told her. I understand mistakes happen but the crew have to be careful when making customer's order. This branch can be honestly sued for the negligence I’ve witnessed! If someone says they are allergic, please just make the order completely over! When the allergic item touches the food, it’s contaminated! Please do better.

    Customer service at this location is top tier. I went through the drive through and ordered a four count strip meal. The line was fast and I was on my way home in no time. However, I failed to check my bag and didn’t realize until I was 5 min down the road that they mistakenly gave me a 3-count. I don’t like wasting money, so of course I wanted to go back for my correct order. I ended up calling and talking to Anthony, who apologized profusely, and told me to park at curbside, so he could provide me with my correct order. When I got there, I called back to let them know I was there. I had my corrected order in less than two minutes, with additional warm cookies in my bag. Usually, I would be highly disappointed with an incorrect order, but the fact that they went above and beyond to accommodate made my experience even better. Job well done Anthony.

    Like every other Chick-fil-a had an unmatched system of productivity and customer service that is unmatched. With that being said I frequently am a customer of the drive thru and I have been displeased as of recent with their accuracy and efficiency. Something in my order is always wrong when I use the drive thru. Many of the drive thru attendants are young ppl and although they will make mistakes, accuracy in a timely matter must be enforced.

    U know it’s crazy when u gotta leave chick fil A A bad review ! They couldn’t find my order, I had already waited forever in a very long g drive through line. Them they kept trying to tell me pull around the corner and wait some more never confirming finding my order. They kept trying to push me aroind the corner and fatboy here came huffing and puffing 😂 😂

    Always love Chick-fil-A. They've got one of the best chicken sandwiches out of any fast food restaurant. But the speed of service at this particular location is below par compared to most locations. Beyond that I had a good experience.

    Customer service is usually pretty good... As for the food, i go there for the waffle fries. They are my favorite. The shakes test like glorified Wendy's frosties with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Once your done with the topping you're left with over $4 worth of what taste like a watery cup of frozen milk🤭regardless of what new flavor it is. I don't eat the meat now but when I did it was pretty good. Ok...like Shark tank...I'm out 🤣

    Chick-fil-a hands down has THE BEST experience. The drive through is always ridiculously long, but the staff gets you in and out in 5 minutes or less. I don't know how they do it. My food was accurate and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the parking here is awful. They really can't do anything about that given the space the have to work with. I would suggest parking in the Shopper's grocery store area and walk across to pick up your food if you don't want to sit in the drive through line.

    Super slow, not organized at all, no curbside pick up. Terrible experience. The food was good but it should be after waiting for ever and a day in the drive through line.

    I dropped all 5 of my Shakes that I buy every single Friday or Saturday from this store. Asked the Manager if she would kindly would she give me 5 more less than 15 minutes after I left the store. The answer was NO, because I left Chick-fil-A property it was no longer their problem. Worst Customer service ever.

    Food is generally good. Their sweet tea and lemonade is never good or sweet enough. It always leaves me wishing I had gotten something else. I got to Steeplechase and get spoiled. Vista needs to call them and get their recipe. They need it bad.

    I always order #1 no pickles and large fries when I go. This time, there were no attendants. I actually got a chance to see the menu, so I opted for the chicken soup. It was REALLY good. Glad I experienced something different on the menu.
