I wasn’t sure what to expect but came into the office as a walk-in on Monday evening at 5:30. Nice clean place, both girls at the front desk were so friendly and kind. They were able to put me into one of the spots where there was a cancellation. I was shocked at how quick and great the process was!! I’m writing this review from my car at 7:15. My hygienist was just so sweet, doc was awesome and very personable (I haven’t seen that a lot) and they got my chipped tooth repaired in no time. Fingers crossed that I don’t need to return, but I won’t be hesitant at all should the need arise. 5 stars all around, I’m so impressed by it all!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The support staff is rude and unprofessional. The dentist himself did seem friendly and professional, too bad he is surrounded by a bunch of incompetent clowns. This place charges customers a $25 fee if they are more than 10 minutes late, yet they were 15 minutes late calling me back for my appointment. They didn't compensate me because they were late, seems like a double standard, my time is valuable too. The technician tried twice to get x-rays of my teeth and messed it up both times. The telescoping light in the exam room was filthy, probably hasn't been cleaned in years(see pictures) The dental chair in the exam room was worn out needs replaced. One of the armrest pads was torn off completely leaving only the metal frame which was hard and sharp and poked me. The other armrest pad and the chair itself had holes in it with metal poking through from beneath.

I had broken my tooth last night and was able to do an early Saturday walk in this morning. I was brought in to a room approximately 30-45 minutes after they opened. I was very surprised to be brought into a room that quickly. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. The Dentist was very good and thorough. I would highly recommend them for emergency dental work and my guess is that for regular dental work they are equally good.

Fit me in the schedule same day and the extraction was so quick and painless. All the ladies in the office were so sweet. Ive heard some iffy reviews about this office, but my experience was great & im so happy i decided to go. Also please be patient & understanding with the wait times! They are one of the only emergency clinics that accept Medicaid so the wait will be understandably long. I appreciate this office helping me!

Went for my 1st appointment today to see about a wisdom tooth. Tooth had to be pulled and I was super nervous. The hygienist was awesome she made me feel at ease and the front office staff were pleasant. The Dr. was great he pulled the tooth with no problem. I was skeptical about going at first, but let me tell you this place is top notch. Best experience I've had in a long time from a dental office. Will be returning to have future treatments done. I've neglected my teeth for years, after a traumatic experience with my last dentist. The staff was amazing. Very understanding, comforting and patient. The dentist was phenomenal in reassuring me everything would be much smoother than my previous experience. He was correct! No pain for the removals, great job explaining the aftercare and very attentive in all aspects. I will be recommending them to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They let me know to be sure to be in line at least by 7am to ensure I was seen. I arrived at 6:45 am and was the 4th person in line. Even thought I had to wait for the emergency care it was well worth it. Once they opened and I was in the staff did all they could to keep me comfortable! I would strongly recommend 24/7 dentist to anyone in need of dental care. I have also become a full time patient along with my kids and mom.

I have been looking all over the city to find someone who could do my root canal, I got referred to dentists outside of Cincinnati but I didn’t know how I would be able to get to those places and then they were telling me I would have to pay thousands of dollars in cash because nobody took my insurance WELLLL Ameer suggested that I checkout 24/7 dental just to see what the doctor says!! She scheduled my appointments and put me with the perfect doctor!! They was able to do it and they took my insurance!!! I am soooo grateful because I didn’t know what I was going to do. They was able to save 2 of my teeth. Thank you Ameer you are the BEST!!! And thank you 24/7 dental for being so very professional, and for a pain free and worthy dental visit. I couldn’t be happier!!
