Don't waste your time and money for this place. They are only doing bad business. 1.I lost my wallet and room key was in the wallet. So they charged me 1500/- for 100/- rs. Key. 2.you have to face electricityproblem again and again. 3.staff isvery rude. 4.they have swimming pool but you won't belive it looks like "ganda nala". 5.They will don't clean rooms on daily basis. 6. Online price 1500-2000/- but they charg according your face. 7. You have to face transport issue as much, because there is no auto, taxi, cab etc. You have to walk atleast 1km. To go anywhere. All five star reviews are fake here. They don't even deserve 1star but they think like they are 5 star hotel.

Best hotel ever found in small place. I like the vibes of Interior while entering room.very neat and clean rooms. Very Friendly staff food also superb. Enjoyed my stay very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is just perfect even all the mandir are also nearby the hotel n moreover it is also connected through a good road.

Overall stay was memorable.I, would like to give special thanks to Mr.Naushad who was a very cooperative, executive chef because the food was very tasty, himanshu from Reception and Shiva from Restaurant.

I will tell you reality about this hotel. In season they charge bery high luxury rates but the service,property, rooms and everything is so poor. Rooms were so dirty. Bedsheets were torn. Ceiling fan was so old and useless. Ceiling was so black and dirty. Washroom cleanliness was zero. Service was so slow. You will have to ask for water for 10 times. Bed was so noisy and uncomfortable. Extra bed also had bad condition. No e Rickshaw available. You will have to go to main road upto Sanskar city to get it. Reception is very small. Pool is just for name. Breakfast buffet is their biggest lie very very limited options. Staff behavior was very average. Hotel is very small and rooms are very tight and not spacious at all. You can go to any dharamshala but avoid this hotel. The room cost is max to max 2,000/- but they charge double or more rates. Not at all worthy. I will never go to this hotel again and I recommend you to see any other option. Don't get fooled by the photos that they have posted these are totally fake. Not recommended at all.

We stayed for 3 nights as for a spiritual trip. The hotel location is quiet and perfect for peace lover. It's near to all mandir also, so perfect for day trips to temples. The staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean and neat. The food was good too with economical prices. We definitely choosing the same property for our next visit too. Specially room no 207.

stayed in this hotel in October 2022. PROS: 1. VALUE FOR MONEY - You will learn how to value your money after booking this hotel as you realise that you could have booked a better hotel at half of the prices this hotel charges. 2. SAVES YOUR MONEY  - Rooms are so smelly and intolerable  that you have to vacate hotel as early as you can , so you have to cut short your trip , so you can save a lot of money. 3. WALKING BENEFITS - Since hotel is at outskirts and battery rikshaw does not readily agree to come to hotel or drop you back to hotel or asks you to pay Rs 500 for a trip between hotel to Bankey Bihari temple, so you are forced to walk (if you are not accompnied with eledely people / ladies /children). So thats additional health benefits this hotel provides :) 4.ADVENTUROUS STAY -  If you have never experienced how it feels to sleep nearby to a septic tank or gutter try  this hotel , with bathroom door open , Foul smell is so strong that you feel like sleeping in front of  a gutter. 5.  FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE - Cost of food is at Par with any 5 Star hotel , however quality of food is very poor, so you eat less and pay more. Good for your health. (Although not good for your pocket) 6. NATURAL SHOWER IN THE ROOM - If you are lucky and check in during rain you can experience leaking roof of the room and roof top restaurent's roof is temporary so rain water will enter your dishes for sure. 5. ENHANCE YOUR ACCOUNTANCY SKILLS - If you eat in restaurant hotel they ask  you to sign the ordered quantity only (Note the bill amount). They will generate bill when you checkout and try to insert one or two duplicate / additional bills , so that in hurry you pay excess amount. In my case I cross checked and found 2700 hundreds extra charged , which i got removed , so staying in this hotel made me a perfect accountant. :) 6.DIGESTIVE BENEFITS - "Slow and steady wins the race". Cooking staff is very limited or inexperienced. In the morning they took 90 minutes to cook 10 Parathas , so that you can chew better which will help your digestion. Although I could write an essay over the bad experience I have faced in this hotel and I checked out as soon as my advanced amount is over , my advice to fellow tourists is as below - 1. NEVER GIVE ADVANCE TO THIS HOTEL. 2. BETTER TO STAY IN MUNICIPAL DORMITORIES THAN IN THIS HOTEL. 3. STILL IF YOU PREFER TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL MAX ROOM RENT YOU SHOULD PAY IS RS 500/- FIVE HUNDRED PER DAY, ROOMS ARE NOT BETTER THAN THIS. 4. I FELT SCAMMED AND HAVE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE , SO I AM SHARING THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THOSE WHO BELIEVE REVIEWS CAN BE GENUINE AND GUIDING FOR OTHERS.

Not worthy of the price. The rooms were ok. But no proper water in the bathroom. My friend was in the bathroom and the water stopped for half an hour.. Room service wasn't worth the price.. We had to tell the same thing to the staff thrice... Go but don't make the complete payment at once..

A great experience, the hotel is located at the outers of main Vrindavan. Main road is about 600 m away and all the main sites are near. Rooms were very well maintained and if any problems were faced, the helpfull staffs were there. Overall a good place to stay.

It was a Great stay with (THE VRINDWOODS HOTEL) It was 1 in the morning they gave me early check in without any questions or nothing! Service’s was good! By Mr. Saurav singh ans staff at c/o and Mr. Pawan at c/in Rooms was good! And the main thing I’ve got a room service guy by the name of SHIVA he was awesome, very polite at all the time! Special thanks to him. I will surely visit again for these happy faces!

Misleading the public by giving false pics of swimming pool but actually no swimming pool available , still under construction,but they take charges for it. When asked for the money,the receptionist arrogantly denied it. I recommened to not go to this place at all

Good cooperative staff and Manager Saurabh. The room stank due to a foul smell emanating from the bathroom drains. Despite repeated attempts, they couldn't get rid of it. The room had a very tired feel to it, stained walls, damaged hinges on cupboards, lights not working in the bathroom, and broken shower heads. Overall the entire hotel seems neglected though the owner is constructing a new wing. Restaurant- the food is good, but again the restaurant has a tired feel to it. The hotel does not provide a parking facility, personal vehicles are parked outside on the road, and a watchman keeps an eye apparently. This is the first time I am posting a negative review, normally if I don't like a hotel I generally avoid writing any reviews. Unfortunately this time I felt compelled.

Booked the hotel from 26th December to 28th December using makemytrip app. When I reached hotel around 10pm on 26th December, I got to know that I booked Dormitory beds in hurry. I asked the Receptionist to upgrade my booking. He asked me to cancel and book the room offline. I told him that I won’t get any refund if I cancel the booking. He told me that I can’t do anything so I moved to dormitory. There was no one there and the staff told me that drivers and staff sleep here. It was very uncomfortable so I spoke with MakeMyTrip’s customer care. Customer Care Executive also spoke with the receptionist and told me that hotel manager will neither upgrade the room nor provide the refund. The receptionist named Pawan forced me to either go out of the hotel to search somewhere or take the room. I went to him and asked to provide the room for 2 nights as it was not possible for me to find a room at 11 pm. He told me the price for one night 4000 plus taxes. I asked him to adjust with my dormitory booking but he completely denied. He agreed to provide me the room at 3500 per night and asked me to pay 7000. When I took out my credit card then he simply said that he will take cash or UPI. When I paid 7000, he gave me his personal scan code from his phonepe app. I have attached the payment details here. It was the QR code of some petrol pump where I paid 7000. Also, he didn’t give me the receipt like I got for the food (attached). It was really bad experience and I paid more than 10000 for my 2 night stay. I really liked the food and restaurant staff. Both Shiva and Rahul are very helpful and chef cooks amazing food.

This is an awesome hotels with awesome everything..Neat and clean rooms and bathroom cleanliness.Saurabh and Neha from the hotel service took care of us immensely and make sure that we do not have to ask for anything Morning breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious with lots of options available...we enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to come back

Okay okay type place. If you are booking it because of pool then dont bother and dont waste money. Food is also not that great. They charge 120 rupees for just Maggi. And that too was tasteless they do not know how to prepare food. You have to tell them 100 times just to bring water in the room. Pathetic experience.

Totally disgusting.specially behave of manager was very bad. Only quality of food was good. They only think about money.There are so much hotels in vrindavan where very good service are provided.I couldn't think about them that they are so disgusting.Better to avoid this hotel.

Best experience to stay and have peaceful place stay. Staff needs to improve communication as they were sometimes rude. Hygiene was Maintained and food was average.

Very poor condition. Leakage of rain water from roof in some rooms and dinning areas, no warm water, provide you in paint bucket. Smell come from bathroom drain ,swimming with 🐸. Don't see the photos. Reality different.bycyle with no air pressure.high price but no service. This hotel should be 2 stars. With 1000 ruppes per night.

Services of hotel ia not good, Very bad experience.. Manager don't know how to talk to customer.. He talk wisely only till he receives the payment.. They use location advantage. We have should try option Rs. 1000/ room available within 1.5 km just near by hotel. Rooms were good but the staff was so rude not at all professional..... Do not visit this place absolutely worthless, the receptionist increases the price according to your appearance. Very bad place.

The only facilty the hotel isn't providing is free accommodation ( which most hotels provide) for the driver. If anyone takes a vehicle he has to shell out 500 bucks per day (to be paid in cash). The hotel staffs are very courteous & helpful. The lady manager takes care of all issues of the visitors.

We had wonderful experience during our stay. I should thank the complete hotel staff in their services they render to the guests. The rooms were too spacious enough for an family to stay and near to Mandirs. I would recommend only this hotel in Vrindavan for others.
