What a wonderful and relaxing experience to stay at Joyfultel for 7 days! Convenient to both A8 and A9 Taoyuan Metro stations with shopping malls, outlet, grocery, and 7-11/Family Mart around. Jason the hotel manager is very welcoming and will try to meet your every needs. Amber the service woman very attentive and gave extra effort to introducing each item in the breakfast buffet. There is free self-service washer/dryer as well as workout machines and pool tables in the basement. The room itself has plenty of outdoor light and central air works well to keep you comfortable. There is universal outlet in every plug of the room for the traveler and bidet seat! Free Wi-Fi of course in every room. Highly recommended if you are staying around the Taoyuan airport neighborhood!

I have just finished 8 days of quarantine at this hotel. This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff responded to LINE message promptly, provided superb customer services, meticuliously accommodated my dietary requests. Even on the day before check out, the staff called to find out if a taxi was needed the next day. The food was also very delicious and healthy, not greasy or salty at all. After I acquired about fruits, they added fruits to my daily lunch meal without extra charge. The room is spacious and all hardwood floor. There is a sitting area with couch. I also requested an elliptical machine ( you need to request ahead of time due to limited supply). Despite the machine, you don't feel crowded at all. All of room has a patio that enable you to step out for some fresh air which is a huge plus. I want to contribute this high quality hotel and services to the manager Jason as he serves a role model to his employees. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a quarantine hotel or just for general travel purpose in the future.

I stayed here for just 1 night but I wish I stayed longer! The room was absolutely huge and felt so luxurious. All the amenities you could need and a bidet. The front desk was helpful and the snack and drink bar is such a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel! The room was super spacious and really clean and nice, and Jason, who assisted us at the front desk was super accommodating and welcoming to us. We were gifted wine and chocolates because we stayed on NYE as well. Really impressive service from the staff, one of my favourite hotels I've stayed at so far :)

We were stayed here from 9/20 and check out on 9/24. Clean, cozy and nice hotel room with private balcony. Excellent service and friendly staff help your quarantine stay smoothly! Especially thanks to Jason at front desk with his hospitality and cheerfully spirits to make us feel very welcome at this hotel after exhausting landing! Highly recommend if you need to find a decent hotel stay in Taiwan!

I stayed at Joyfultel from April 12 - 23 while visiting family. From check in to check out, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast featured local foods and was delicious. The location was great with a 7-11, grocery store, several restaurants, and great bar (Miss Q) all within <10 minute walk. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus and subway stations to Taoyuan airport or downtown Taipei. Also, the park lot was well lit and very clean. I will definitely stay at Joyfultel again when I visit mom next year.

The Staffs were all very polite and helpful. We had too much baggage, thankfully they helped us and they even ordered taxi for us to the airport. Hopefully we can stay here again! The rooms were very clean and spacious!

Great place. Staff is extremely friendly. I asked him how to collect concert ticket from familymart. There was once I was in the same lift as me. He recognised me and was friendly and warm. There is a nice pond just outside the breakfast area. The area is picturesque and serene. It is a pity I did not take a picture of that place.

We had a wonderful, relaxed and satisfied stay at the Joyfultel (悦徠館) from September 13, 2021 to September 28. The hotel certainly made it easy to survive the 14-days/15-nights quarantine. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked with daily essentials when we moved in. We especially appreciated that there was a balcony - you could walk out to breathe in fresh air, enjoy the view and hang the laundry. Now, the food. The hotel spent laudable efforts to ensure each meal is unique and offering a wide range of variety. At each meal time, we enjoyed being surprised by the kind of food delivered and of course the food itself. Since the stay was quite comfortable, the 15 nights passed rather quickly. The bottom line: we highly recommend the hotel - this is our hotel of choice the next time we come back to Taiwan.

I stayed for 20 days between February 28 and March 20 and was very satisfied. It can be called one of the most satisfying hotels I have ever stayed in, comparable to the five-star hotels I stayed in in Japan a while ago. Five-star hotels are of course more particular about decoration and materials, and there are more restaurants to choose from, but if you only focus on the environment, cleanliness, room space size, and comfortable beds, then Joyfultel is satisfactory, especially if You, like me, prefer a quiet place to stay, and don't like people wandering through hotel lobbies. The hotel's service staff are friendly and courteous, and the resident manager is even more considerate in hospitality and tries his best to meet the needs of the guests. In addition to the spaciousness of the room, there is also a balcony, and the sun shines in every morning to make you feel refreshed. The beds are comfortablely firm, the sheets, quilt, and pillowcases are changed daily, and what I like most is the bathroom has a window that brings in natural light. Highly recommended, even if you need to be active in the Taipei area, you can still consider Joyfultel. The hotel is not far from A8 and A9. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to A8, the taxi fare is about NT$100 and there is an express Airport Transit train at A8 which only takes 22 minutes to Taipei Main Station.
