    All about chicken. Every chicken dish you can think of, every way possible to serve chicken, marinade /soup /stir fry. Old school Taiwanese cuisine and good for takeout. Ideal for family meal

    Classic taiwanese dishes. Signature steam chicken and steam pork were plain looking yet much effort is needed to produce such dishes. The pig intestines were also very nicely done, no bad smell at all and braising sauce was very light to enhance the taste of the dish. Only complain was it slightly on the pricey side.
