This is our 1st time visiting a dentist in Taiwan. I did a little research and decided to choose this clinic for its location and good reviews. My daughter said dentist is good: 1) ask if she prefers English or Chinese; 2) recommended switch to elec toothbrush 3) recommended for orthodontist. I approached the receptionist about orthodontist and she (lady with short hair and glasses) said needs to make appointment with specialist(this is totally fine) and when I asked her what kind of treatment package and charges, her response is kind of rude that it needs more than 100k+ (this is totally fine too) EXCEPT when she asked me : can you afford? I decided not to ask further and leave. When I was there waiting and she looks ok serving others, so I wonder if this is her attitude problem or some kind of discrimination towards foreigner? I can speak Chinese (not very fluent maybe) but we are foreigner obviously with an ARC. I’ve no doubt of the dentist service and professionalism, the rating is particularly for the service from the receptionist. As a customer, we have the rights to ask but as a receptionist it’s not right to response (insult?) the way she did. I would have ask to talk to manager In charge if I’m at my home country!

It is my first time to come to Yayi Dentist. I have been following Dr. Wang Sihan’s dental health regularly for many years. The diagnosis and treatment process is careful. The clinic environment is comfortable and the experience is good~

Dr. Polly is very professional. Very attentive and gentle.I am very fearful of going dentists but her professional skills and service care have given me much confident. Strongly recommended her to others.

Called there and my Chinese is not the best so sometimes I have to repeat what I say or asked the clerk to repeat. Besides that the line was not that good and their voice was not clear, I guess on both sides. The woman who talked to me had a very rude tone and sou ded clearly impatient, even though I was being patient and polite with her. When asked for my number I said it starting with the number 9, as all Taiwanese numbers have 0 and that is obvious everywhere else I call. The woman was very rude, asked if it was a Taiwanese number, when I said yes, she rudely answered that all Taiwanese numbers should start with 0, and that I should have sai the 0. Anyway, I am sorry for giving 1 star without even going there, but that kind of rudeness is just disappointing.

Great Dentist, she took her time and explained to me the procedure in English.

I am a tourist from Singapore who travelled Taipei for holiday. First of all, I would like to thank doctor on 7 Oct 2023 for being such a wonderful dentist ~ he shows professionalism at work, very gentle. he will listen attentively to every of my question & great advices suggested to me. I am really thankful to him for solving my molar tooth issue. My tooth was badly infected. He explained step by step very clearly to me; answered all my questions with lots of patience & make sure I fully understand; with no doubt before he start & he totally make me feel at ease during the process, thus I really do appreciate it a lot & I can't thank him enough! (= A big thumb up to doctor and nurse; they are highly recommended👍👍👍 & he is also the right choice of dentist you are looking for if you are still deciding on. P.S: All the staff in the clinic are very friendly. 谢谢你们!
