On entering first I felt really welcomed by the manager and the cooks and I ordered 3 dishes, I've been eating around Thailand for 18yrs and the Papaya salad is the best and most fresh I've ever had. I had a beef and tamarind dip which was a taste sensation and a pork north eastern Soup.i don't do many restaurant reviews but this deserved it, it was simple amazing. Nice laid back local ambience as well. Thank you

Spot this hidden gem in the town. Served with tasty grilled fish and other varieties of Thai Food. The price is reasonable and the taste is definitely will make you to have second try here. The staffs are very friendly and even though they might not able to understand Chinese or English very well but they will try to communicate with you and understand your need. The toilet is clean and comfortable too. Nice service and nice Thai Food.

Dont come with high expectations as you will be disappointed. It was not busy at all when We came, in fact we were the only one there though it is over 5pm. The place is located on a quite street and is quiet big. However it was not well lit which is understandable and the atmosphere was cold. The only reason this is getting a four-star is because of the owner/chef. He has so much passion and is such a friendly person. However that is pretty much it. The two servers were far from friendly and didn’t care much about their job. We were the only table and yet there was no real service or hospitality which is rare in this region. Every time they served it was as if they were throwing it on the table. Food-wise, we had a Tom Yum chicken soup, papaya salad and the infamous grilled fish. Soup was bland and nothing like those we had so far in Thailand. Salad was fresh and okay but nothing special. Grilled fish was moist but lacked flavour. Perhaps I was expecting so much as there were so many good reviews. If you have never had grilled fish before then you will like it, but if you are familiar with South East Asian cuisine then this is nothing special. It is decent but not wow.

The fried pork is very well done, fried to slightly crispy while maintaining their juices. Very very few restaurants can boast this cooking balance.
