Reliable spot for good coffee and friendly staff. Usually I'm there in the morning for a latte, toasted bagel & cream cheese. Excellent BLT. Great grilled ham & cheese. Excellent sour dough toast

Love this place! We had breakfast here almost every day during our stay in Chiang Mai. Nice and quiet with a friendly atmosphere. Food was very good and the coffees we're well made and tasty. Loved the avocado on toast and lattes They even had HP sauce for those that be addicted to the brown sauce like me. Unfortunately it is closed on Mondays for some well deserved rest for the staff so plan accordingly. :-) Highly recommended!

Just a regular small brunch store that does everything you expect. The service is good and the food is decent as well. Nothing is outstanding really, but it is not bad if you want to have a brunch in this area. It’s 200THB for American breakfast and 130THB for the French toast you see in my pic.

Always amazing. Get the avocado with poached eggs and add some freshly ground pepper on top. I ate this meal at least five times and it's consistently good. Drippy yolk, smushy avocado, slight C R O N C H of the toast. Here are a few pictures of multiple times that I ordered this dish. Eventually my partner realized that I was right all along and also ordered this glorious meal. Service is great. You'll be kept well-hydrated.

Classic American breakfast/lunch diner. 2 eggs any style with your choice of sides. Omelletes, steak and eggs, burger etc. Don't miss this place if you need a great western breakfast or lunch

Excellent! Highly recommend. Service is good, quick and efficient. Lots of great choices for breakfast including a create your own. I had bacon, which was perfectly cooked crispy potatoes and fried egg. My husband had avocado and poached eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection and there was a lot of avocado. The coffee was excellent, great flavor. Everything was reasonably priced and portions are exactly right. Highly recommend and will be going back! Edit: ate here several times a week. Salads are delicious, Le Brunch breakfast has real sausages.

I went two days in a row. The club sandwich is one of the best I ever had. The second day I took the breakfast bagel, which was good, but I think the club sandwich is a better deal at 150 Baht 😄

Cute brunch place with lots of european style breakfast/lunch options (we took an avocado toast and grilled sandwich). Simply good and delicious. Friendly manager/staff and fair prices!

This morning and afternoon restaurant is operated by a Thai family. The male owner is the most attentive person I have ever seen in a restaurant since being employed at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua Maui. He anticipates guest needs and is one step head of every customer. The food is served extremely fresh, extremely hot, and exceptional value for the money

The breakfast is tasty but maybe largely customers of this restaurant are foreigners,so the price is not cheap as the other local restaurants.As shown in this photo,145 baht.

Service was attentive by a quiet man who knew exactly what I needed. Eggs could do with more flavours but overall good brunch.

We heard it from a friend that this place is good so we decided to give it a try . It’s located it not too far from closed old Central mall at the ground floor of this building right on the main road . Parking a bit hard to find if you driving car but bikes are easy . Lots of foreigners were having lunch there and the gentleman that was serving was extremely kind and polite and of course could speak English very well . Quality of foods were great however the size of foods were a bit small compared to the price and sadly we ordered kind of green salad with cheese which we could hardly see any cheese in it but since the service was great and we were getting lots of care and attention from the kind gentleman that we decided to let it go and didn’t mention it . It is worth of try for sure and they do also own another bigger location at different location .

Great food, flavorful and tasty, especially sandwiches are amazing (chicken, tuna melted, patty) or omelets (chorizo cheese is the best). Food and place are more of an European/French style, rather than American :) It's quiet and chill most of the times.

Small but very good location. We enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and bagel.
