It smells very intense in here since it’s a market for mainly wholesale meat & fish. But worth a visit in combination with the market right on the other side of the road.

Local Thai market right beside Warorot Market. Has your basic dry foods, dried seafood, snacks and basics items. Some fruit/vegetables stands and meats on site.

Ton Lam Yao Market near/close with Warrorot Market where you can connect to each other. Easy traveling as many transportation available and Landmark of ChiangMai City. Many varieties of products are foods, dry foods, drys fruits, Dry Flowers for making tea, fresh flowers, meats, street foods, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, clothes, packaging of foods, souvenir, café, Chinese Temple and local style of atmosphere near Ping River. Must visit and experience your visiting.

Went to shop some dried mango and had a nice breakfast in the market, having some nice hot dimsum e.g. Pao, SiuMai, Fried kuih, and coffee. Cheap and cheerful.

Good, honest, friendly people working here. They can even converse in Mandarin, impressive indeed. Quite a variety of Chinese kind of snacks&food. Prices are reasonable.

[April 2023] Not a tourist attraction. More to local market where you see the daily life of the people here. Not the best hygiene. Its a damn wet market. Huge variety of ingredients and local food. Do visit for a local adventure.

Turns into a night market at night. But business just restarted after covid so there's not much available. Just a small 15m stretch

A large part of the market appears mainly target for tourist. It is still fun to explore.

Cheap. Didn't find anywhere cheaper in Chiang Mai or Bangkok. Not the cleanest place. Not so many things to buy.
