Wat Chai Pra Kiat , Another interesting temple for tourists visiting Chiang Mai city must come to experience the atmosphere in this temple. The art on the temple is very beautiful, statues and various statues are probably the eyes. The atmosphere are great. This temple is located in the heart of the city. It's easy to find this temple

A little out of sorts at the moment due to construction but it will be worth a visit when they are done.

One of the smaller Temples in Chiang Mai but worth spending 15 mins here looking around the grounds and the golden Buddha in the main building. A number of small shrines line the wall along the east side.

Very beautiful little temple. One of the Meditation teachers was really friendly and gave us good tips about places to visit around

Another temple. A chance to take a tourist photo. On Sunday night it is used for the night market stalls.

Beautiful temple close to city center. As there are many temples in the area, it was not my favorite, but all the temples are beautiful in their own way.

We met a lovely local lady who waters the plants when it hasn't rained recently and maintains the space at the front so that it is pleasant. She invited us to relax in the garden whilst we waited for our check-in and we felt very welcome in Chiang Mai!
