We went in to the store to find a tour. They showed great hospitality and we're very welcoming. They sent us on a fantastic tour of Doi Inthanon at a good price. They went above and beyond by organising a private taxi for us that afternoon to go to Doi Suthep and they went over a map with us to recommend lots of places to visit in Chiang Mai

Booked 3 days' worth of private tours with CMTC through their site (half day walking tour, Chiang Rai and ATV/whitewater rafting) and the entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. As previously mentioned, these were private tours so the entire experience was very intimate and catered specifically to our needs. Mr.Bird was a wonderful guide and was incredibly knowledgeable on a range of subjects; we definitely learned a lot about the history of Thailand, the Lanna people and Buddhism. We can't wait to visit Chiang Mai again and see more of this wonderful region!

Absolute top class service from the guys at CMTC! They managed to get us on an awesome all day tour totally late notice and even helped us communicate our breakfast taken away from the cafe we had just ordered in. We rocked up at 7am and they had us on a tour van to Doi Inthanon within 20 minutes! Super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended! If you get the chance to do the tour it's a must see! Waterfalls, high mountain hikes, single orgin coffee tour, markets and friendly faces, it was really efficient and fun!

Amazing tour experience! We did a half day private tour to some of the temples in Chiang Mai. Our tour guide Peter was amazing, we learned a lot about Buddhism. Highly recommend!

Set up a two week tour in northern Thailand with them. A van, driver and guide. Hotels, breakfast and lunches. Multiple communications to refine the trip. Easy to work with and assisted in arranging what I requested. Super friendly and helpful owners that recommended a cooking class and doi Inthanon day trip. They also gave us much information about the lantern festivals and things to do in Chiang Mai/Pai. It felt like talking to friends when they even offered us fruits and water. And they never tried to rip us off or push us to book something as fast as possible (compared to many other tourist centers...). Definitely go there if you're around!

The owners set up several outstanding private tours for us with excellent guides that spoke fluent English. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about the places we visited. We were transported in a very nice air conditioned van. They arranged for us to see things that many tourists tend to overlook while visiting Chiang Mai. The places they took us for lunch served great traditional Thai food. I will definitely reach out to them the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Thank you for Chiang Mai Tour Center for the recommendation to take a day trip to Chiang Rai and The Golden Triangle. As they arrange mainly private trips however the private cost for me who travelling alone is not suit me. They suggested me to join in group with their connection who take a grate care and I had a great time and enjoy a lot. The trip has covered all attraction you could enjoy in a day without spending the night there. Highly reccomended. You could stop by and get information for you trip as well as some idea for your holiday.
