Great services and friendly staffs. Great location nearby historical temple and Nimman. Every times I come to Chiangmai, I will only stay in this hotel.

You won’t be able to sleep until midnight because of the loud live music next door. Two nights straight I could NOT sleep because of the noise. Room condition can be better. Housekeeping did not happen although we asked upon leaving. Tuktuk driver to mall was not available when we asked. In-room dining was not available on Sunday although we received a voucher to use. A hotel that promises many things but cannot deliver them. 2 stars for friendly staff and location.

A few issues with bugs in the rooms but it's tough to get them all out considering the location. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Not the most impressive pool but pretty nice area. Nice size rooms. The shower setup is a little bazaar but good water pressure.

Always happy to stay here. The location is very near to almost all cafes and good restaurant around Nimman area. The room is spacious, clean, and full facilities such as refrigerator, microwave, water heater, and hair dryer. Highly recommended 👍

Lovely rooms that overlook the mountains of Chiangmai, spacious beds and En Suite, the pool area is large and very clean, only downside is it’s quite far from Chiangmai old town which is where most of the markets and attractions are, but the Grab taxis are cheap and reliable so not a problem for us

Comfiest, nicest luxury hotel near the Maya mall. The views from the room are breathtaking. Would stay here again when in CM. Walking distance from One Nimmana

pros - friendly staff - price quality wise ok cons - terrible windows, next door beergarden with open air music , super noisy - balcony door not lockable - free tuk tuk to nearby mall but apparently only one driver available. twice not possible to get tuk tuk - hotel restaurant closes at 4pm - housekeeping only possible before 3pm you can getter better ones in chiang mai for same price

Stayed 4 nights in their Deluxe double. It offer a mountain view. Room is clean and comfortable.( Pillow is too soft and thin can request for extra) Breakfast is simple and just enough to get by the morning hunger. I rented a car therefore location not a big issue. Location is "far" away from Chiang Mai Old city. 20mins depending traffic. Maya lifestyle mall is about 10mins walk but hotel provide free tuktuk service there. It is near the highway to Mae Rin, Central Festival, Lumphun and only road up Doi Suthep. Having a rented car is easy to get around.

Easy access to Maya Shopping Mail. Housekeeping on the toilet cleaning needs attention. The silicon aroung the glass closure is moldy. Required clorox or sterilisation cleaning.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean and nice.Good location，it's near to the Ninman road.There was easily to find some food.

I can advise this hotels who would like to get comfortable stay close to airport. Maya shopping mall is just in the walking distance. Airplane spotters will have an access to see landing and taking off planes from the balcony. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff will do everything for your perfect stay. Price is very affordable. Cons: might be a bit noisy because of these airplanes. But for us doesn’t make sense. It’s our second time here and we are happy.

Staffs are super-friendly. Outdoor swimming pool is spacious enough & well-maintained. Breakfast is somewhere between OK to good. Location is good (quite close to Maya mall). I would say the only downside is the airplane sound but it's all the same to the adjacent hotels.

I loved the hotel and its staff. It is in a quiet area, walking distance to the old city, lovely pool. I could change from the terrace suite to the one with balcony. Breakfast was good, as well! Comfy beds made it complete! Would go again :)

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and amazing pool. Food was awesome! We have travelled Thailand extensively and rarely eat at hotels because the local food is usually better, but this was delicious. I also appreciated happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. The hotel manager Gundum was great. We've stayed at another hotel she worked at in the past, and chose here because of her. Customer service was brilliant as always, always going over and above. I was super impressed with all the staff though, exceptionally friendly and happy.

edit: the staff really are incredible. After reading my review, they tried to make us feel happier with our experience. As I said before, the service is wonderful. Though the hotel itself has opportunity for improvement, it's a great stay here with a wonderful staff to make sure you feel right at home. The service and the staff are both wonderful -- always smiling, helpful, and kind. However, the rooms at Cmor reflects a very budget hotel/motel -- kind of like a comfort Inn, super 8, etc. The rooms are kept well but not exceptionally clean (bring slippers). The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but for the price of the stay, it's worth it. Some positives, though, the rooms are spacious, there is a small kitchenette with a stove top, kettle and a sink... Perfect for us as we were travelling with a baby and needed to sanitize and wash bottles. You won't find any pots, pans, dishes or cutlery though.

Okay. This is a nice hotel but no smoking in the room. That's fair. But no smoking on the balcony is just plain stupid. On the other hand if you hate smokers I guess you will be happy here

Very late review. We stayed either 2018 or 2019. This was an excellent hotel. The hotel was a boutique, so on the smaller side. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds are VERY hard and after 2 days my back was in pain. Luckily there was a massage parlor that rolled all the knots out. The lobby was run by a friendly crew. The food was EXCELLENT! From the lobby you could book different tours - we did the tiger habitat, elephant sanctuary (both tours had you interacting with protected animals). The Maya mall was walking distance along (had great food on the top level along with movie theaters that played English movies. Fantastic stay in a fantastic city!
