Average hotel with affordable price. Good thing is that this hotel is right next to local market that sells lots of veggies and fruits all day and night long. Never seen such a market that opened almost all day. Very suitable for veggies and fruits lover. We stayed there for almost 10 nights because our business trip in Chiang Mai, so it is quiet a long stay here. Room is average, I couldn’t say it is worth the price, but it was fair enough. Lots of things should be adjusted more to be honest. But all in all, an affordable hotel. Breakfast is okay, not too bad, but should add better quality to items more. Service is alright, some staffs are helpful but some couldn’t care less. Not recommended for those who do not use private car as transportation, and it is quite hard to find hotel if you come for the first time.

Awesome hotel. Has a very cool vibe to it. The room was very big. Everything was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast that is included is awesome with a great range of food. Location is close to the fruit Markets and a 20 min walk to central Chang Mai. Good value and friendly staff.

It's cheap, yes, but better to pay a bit more and have hot water. We've been charged 200tbh to check-in in the morning even if the room was ready (they could have done a better cleaning tho). I wouldn't call a piece of bread a breakfast.. Not recommended.

I wish I had not had to give my opinion about this hotel. First of all, when we arrived we couldn't check in because it was too early and they made us pay 200 bht. So we decided to keep our luggage in a room in the hall. Without any security. As soon as we returned to check in, we did it and when we got to the room we found 3 beds... we were travelling as a couple and we only needed ONE bed. The last straw was to have to sleep in a room where the THREE beds are FLOODED and BROKEN. I asked if I could please change my room category and they did not help me at any time. Secondly, we have breakfast included. But what a horrible breakfast. They only offer you coffee and toast with butter and rare marmalade of colours that do not aspire to be tasted. I expected some fruit at least. But NOTHING CHANGED. All in all a real disaster and I hope they change the pictures about the hotel they have in booking because is not true that the It is not true that the facilities are so well maintained. The room was falling apart. the pool was disgusting, baths are not cleaned very well… I don't ask for luxuries, I ask for a bed where I can sleep and rest properly.

the pool in the photo is near the reception (covered and in the middle of the entrance) and is super small. Bad service, almost no one speaks basic English, there was no Wi-Fi and the card machine did not work. No options for breakfast, good sized room, but not worth the price. room needs cleaning and refurbishment. I recommend it to spend one night only

I think I got unlucky with this hotel mid-October. I checked in at 8pm and alerted reception at 10pm after I showered about an issue. After a 26hr transit from Khao Sok to Chiang Mai, I arrived to a room that had sheets that were soiled with urine. When I alerted the staff member after my shower he was quite rude and suggested the soiled sheets were my doing, the sheets were dry, but had a smell of urine once you pulled back the sheets. I plucked up the courage to ask for a new room and was told nothing was free and I could not change room’s. I had to call reception a second time and insist on changing room’s. The new room’s shower didn’t have running water so an engineer came the next afternoon to fix it. You see, unlucky. I had to wait until daytime to speak to someone about leaving & to get a refund for the remaining 8 day’s. Tao at reception was very helpful and a breath of fresh air after dealing with James. I emailed to get written confirmation that I would l get a refund and the staff I had encountered the first night wrote me a lengthy email. His ill manners were misplaced so I have attached it here.

my sister booked this hotel for me after she met an accident and she can’t even walk & drive to take care of me in CNX from (16/07 to 18/07) 2022 @ 3 days 2 nights inclusive breakfast. I think it is enough by giving 3 star since I never stayed alone outside before;:; sorry don’t know what to expect as I am not an expert BUT the receptions lady very helpful & understanding to change hotel with NO charged to my sister. 5 star for caring & understanding🫶🙏🫶

Nice place and good prices. Their customer service is good but they should be more flexible. They let you in only from 2pm even if the room is ready at 1pm. We spent there 3 weeks (paid per week) and the last week was almost doble so I think they should also consider the customer who’s spending 21 days in Chiang Mai and don’t do this changes on the price for no reason.

“Meh”. Not bad, nothing great. The pool was super cold (February so not really their fault) but it’s under a ceiling (still open air) so it doesn’t get any sunlight to help warm it up. The rooms themselves are clean enough but very basic. No added frills. The breakfast is ok but again - no frills. Toast and coffee

There are two workers at the front desk who are incredibly nice and their English is actually impressive compared to what I've heard around in Thailand. It's very clean, but the rooms (mainly the bathrooms) kind of lack. The shower drainage is outside the shower area, near the toilet, with only a 5cm high plastic "barrier" stoping the water from flowing through the bathroom floor. Mind you, the barrier doesn't go all the way through so it still floods around the toilet. The breakfast is extremely lacking, they only offer you white bread to toast, butter, three kinds of jams and coffee/cocoa/tea and water. No juice, no cereal, no fruit, not even milk. It's a good hotel for it's purpose of having a place to sleep, other than that, it's lacking.

Situated fairly close to the old fort area this hotel is a decent place to base yourself. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Rooms feel a little dated and claustrophobic.

Very friendly staff who were always helpful. The hotel offers a laundry service which costs about 70 bath per kg and is very good. The price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast is unfortunately a bit monotonous with toast and 3 jams as well as coffee and cocoa, but it is enough. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed.

Located near the city centre. Only 1.6km from the Tha Phae gate. This hotel has 2 gates, so don't gate confused. :D great staffs, super friendly and helpful. They can speak english. They provide bread and jam for breakfast, you can toast them if you want. Good price, good place and clean.

Asked for a double bed, got 2 separate beds, one of which was broken. No hot water, dirty floor, breakfast consists of bread, jam and coffee, nothing else. Swimming pool is right next to the lobby and if you decide to go everyone is passing by you. Definitely would not recommend.

Large and clean rooms. The staff is helpfull ans speaks decent English. The hotel is situated about 15 minutes from the old city. To get to a fun club you will have to take a taxi though.

It could've been slightly cleaner and maintained better. It could've been a bit closer to the centre. It could've better facilities (the swimming pool is almost in the main lobby). BUT the price was matching the downsides and I had LOVELY stay. The staff is welcoming, not all speak English though.

I not recommend this place if you have another choice. Accommodation is hard to find and quite far from the center, red car not passed by. Swimming pool was small, hot water not working in some room without checking, old towel and cannot used. Breakfast is not great, low on protein, fried rice has no meat at all, only protein I was found is fried eggs (not prepare well for run out)

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel so much! Clean, very good location (Warorot market only around 1 km), excellent value for money. The staff was polite and helpful.

My overall experience here is all right. What I like about this place. 1. Affordable price 2. Good breakfast choice for its price. 3. Pretty clean 4. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 What I don't like about this place 1. The room don't do well with sound, you can hear things that are going on upstairs, outside, and next door. 2. The standard of cleaning the room varies from day to day. 3. The location is a little challenging to get in and get out if you use a car. 4. WiFi sucks bad. I wasn't able to do anything with it Overall Don't expect much from here. It's good place for food and sleep, that's it.

Poor location, far from city centre. Toilet not very clean, shower curtain dirty, no hot water. Restaurant closes early, does not serve dinner and very little choice from the "vending machine". Breakfast ok but not amazing, could be much better! Did not used the pool, did not look clean or inviting. Helpful staff and cleaning staff too.

Affordable and clean rooms, late check-in (we arrived around 11pm), kind staff and they can communicate in English pretty well, 8-10 minute drive from the city, very close to the fruit market!!

Great location in relation to the US embassy and the staff are extremely helpful. After that you get what you pay for, the rooms are outdated, there never is warm water, I get eaten by mosquitoes both times I’ve stayed there. Beds will leave you wanting more, internet is spotty at best, can’t use the pool or excursus room because of COVID at both of my stays. Once in February and one time in June 2021. Can definitely find better accommodations if tourists were around but with so many places closed this place is open. If traveling in a group it might work for you because there is a lot of space on the rooms…that’s all I can say about that.
