A two weeks stay turned into a 2 month stay. The room is very comfortable with lots of space, a cupboard with long mirrors, a safe, hairdryer and lots of plug points and lighting options. The bed is big and comfy with lots of pillows and the aircon works well. The room has a very comfortable desk to work at with storage space and a desklamp. There is a smart tv so you can easily enjoy Netflix at night. My room had a view of Wat Phra Singh temple's stupa. The golden stupa gets lit up at night, which was beautiful from my room's window. I could also hear the monks chanting in the morning, which is so peaceful to wakeup to. The owner, Kishore, is very helpful and gives great advise on attractions and great restuarants to visit. The hotel also offers free bikes, which I took advantage of all the time. It's a great way to explore the Old City. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is far beyond its 3 stars! It's very clean, a little bit hidden, which makes it quiet but still incredibly well located. The rooms are clean and well-supplied and the breakfast is just mind-blowing (I highly recommend the variety of fresh fruit and scrambled eggs). However, the most important thing is the kindest hotel staff and the hotel owner who really takes care of his guests. He gave us a map of the city with all the most important highlights and he shared the best restaurant recommendations we could ever ask for. He also helped us with arranging the transportation (twice!), which was so kind of him and helpful. All this care and attention to detail make this place unforgettable. Objectively speaking - a great experience that other hotel owners can learn from!

We loved staying here! The owner is very nice and has great recommendations. He is very helpful and you can tell he genuinely cares about the guests. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and had several options. The beds were very comfortable! The location was great as well, there are plenty of temples, massage parlors, and restaurants nearby.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! We stayed at Lee Chiang Hotel for about a month and had such an amazing experience. The rooms were VERY clean (and cleaned very frequently, if wanted) and decorated nicely. It had a wonderful shower, comfortable bed/pillows/linens, and a strong Air Conditioner. If you’re breakfast people, there is a lovely breakfast served downstairs every morning. The owner, Kishore, was the most accommodating and kind host we have ever experienced before. Whether you need to know the good spots to eat and drink or the best excursions, Kishore is there with great recommendations. He always checked in with us to make sure we were okay with our stay but also that we were having a great trip - wherever he could help, he wanted to. All of the staff at Lee Chiang were incredibly helpful and friendly. We can not possibly recommend this stay more (short term or longer term) - perfect location, perfect accommodation, perfect staff. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else while in Chiang Mai.

The perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai old city. Rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The area is calm but still close to everything. The manager and the staff have been lovely and very helpful. The best hotel we went to in Thailand so far.

We stayed at Lee Chiang fir initially 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we stayed on for another 2 nights. Very clean, great location with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, massages nearby, free bicycle hire, friendly staff but what stands out the most is the amazing manager on site. Such a nice guy, and always willing to go out of his way to help, provide some tips and always up for a friendly chat. We have been to Chiang mai a few times now, amd this Lee Chiang is our favourite y far, we will be back. Thanks

It’s a well worn cliché to describe an hotel as a “hidden gem” but this little hotel is exactly that. Tucked away in a side street, but well placed for exploring the city, it has an old world charm which is getting harder to find these days. Kishore is the perfect host and the staff are so obliging, we did not want for anything. The dining area serves an excellent breakfast each morning which can be taken on the veranda or inside and there is a pleasant reception area with water feature, which makes waiting for a taxi a pleasure. By any measure, it is difficult to fault this hotel. It is clean, well located, well appointed and a has a pleasing atmosphere. We’d definitely look to stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai.

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids at Lee Chiang Hotel. Good location, right near Wat Phra Singh, clean and comfortable rooms and beds. The owner and his staff were fabulous... from ordering taxis and providing directions to giving us extra laundry detergent for the laundry mat 1 min away (which was awesome)! They stored our luggage for free for 1 week while traveling, and had everything waiting in our room upon our 2nd arrival. A great find and good value in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our brief stay at the Lee Chiang Hotel. The hotel is in an incredible location, a very short walk to several temples and restaurants. The owner and the staff were all incredibly kind, pleasant and helpful. The owner especially helped us decide on things to do and provided excellent advice. We wish we spent more time in this amazing city and if we come back, we’ll be staying here.

This hotel could be described as a quaint, charming, and budget friendly stay. It is reminiscent of a boutique hotel, with the excellent staff being the absolute highlight of this property. The owner is extremely helpful, having provided us with recommendations and help with transportation (transfers, printing documents, etc.). After we checked out, we realized we left an AirPod in the room and the hotel was gracious enough to not only find it but also send it to our next travel location free of charge. The rooms themselves are perfectly adequate, having all the main points— although not inherently fussy or luxurious. We enjoyed the location (hidden on a back street) although on occasion some of our cab drivers had difficulty locating it. For us, the quiet road was nice and calm. It is in good proximity to major attractions in the old city walking-wise. Overall, this property has amazing value.. especially so for the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend it!

I was very happy with my stay here. We only had time to explore the city for some days, so having a location in the old town that is both near all the essential attractions and also easy to use for pickups if you will be doing guided tours. I was very satisfied with the room, cleaning service was great too. There is breakfast from 7-9 am and the owners are very helpful in planning trips and getting the most out of your trips.

Excellent service, I arrived to the hotel almost at midnight, tired - the hotel manager seamlessly checked me in. The room is appointed with a lot of old traditional decor which gives a feeling of cultural richness and unavoidable charm. Although the rooms had outdated bathroom it was spotlessly clean. Fresh cotton sheets, Snow White towels room has everything you need. In the morning you will be greeted by name from the friendly staff. Fresh coffee and fruits are served before you go and start exploring this magical kingdom on Lanna.

Nice hotel, clean, comfy bed, spacious room. Staff are kind and helpful. The owner gave us great advice about where to go and what to do. Breakfast was fine. Quiet location, and well-located, in the old town. For the price, I think it's excellent.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent location, on a quiet street near gorgeous temples and the Sunday Market. The staff were full of wonderful recommendations. They helped us rent a motorbike and they offer free bicycles too. The rooms were clean, the bed is comfortable. We loved this affordable hotel!

Good value for money, not luxurious and not too fancy, but very comfortable. The shower was fine in our room, but our friends weren't so lucky. The porch is really nice, the location is great. The highlight is definitely the staff which is very helpful and accommodating. The bed is great, we had a great night sleep over here.

This hotel has best reviews in Chiangmai. Good stuff, good view and it has parking for car. Best point in center old town. But one problem in my room - AC against bed, it was cold

Cosy place to stay inside Chiangmai. Convenient to go everywhere. Room is clean and tidy, air-con is quiet. Breakfast is above average. Bicycle can be borrowed. Staff are friendly and are bilingual. Would be even better if more plugs are available at room.

The host of the hotel Kishaw was extremely helpful. All the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were variety of options for breakfast. The speed of Internet connection is good. Location is fantastic, just about 1-minute walk to the impressive Phra Singh Temple (Gold Temple) and it is not far away from all the other temples, attractions, night markets and restaurants in Chiang Mai Old City. I would highly recommend it to everyone else!

Really awesome hotel. We were budget travelling through Thailand but the last days of our trip we just wanted a nice clean stay. And man we were in for a very pleasant surprise! The room was tidy and clean. The Bathroom had a wonderful rain shower and the bathroom was good maintained. The AC was nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My wife has a dairy allergy and as soon as they noticed the manager tried to get some dairy free bread from the store. The manager is a very happy and genuine friendly guy he really wants everyone to have a great stay. We could come with any questions and he would always help us figure things out. And the hotel had complimentary bikes which was super handy for cycling through the Old City.

We had a lovely stay in the Lee Chiang Hotel. It is a very clean, newly renovated and quiet hotel. It is very close to loads of restaurants and temples so perfect place to stay to walk around the old town. Breakfast was a good choice and the staff were very helpful.

Value for money is the mantra as far as this hotel goes. Great service by the kind staff headed by the GM, Mr. Kishore who makes sure that you are well taken care of. Very convenient location and the rooms are super cheap Very simple, small rooms but if you are the type that doesn't like aircon blowing directly at you, then just tell Mr.Kishore. Overall, a good place for value seekers who just need a base for the night.

Stayed for 6 nights and I am so happy that I booked this hotel! Upon arrival, since my flight’s arrival time was late, Kishore was so kind offered complimentary pickup service from the airport - a HUGE help for someone who is first time in Thailand & Chiang Mai! The hotel is very cozy and clean, a short walk to many good restaurants and massage/spa places! My room also has a beautiful night view of the temple! Absolutely 5-star service, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quality service hotel in Chiang Mai!

We didnt stay here 2 weeks long for no reason. The owner is a living legend, the staff very friendly and the interior classy, which makes this hole place very comfortable and like a second home. If you feel lost in chiang mai, just ask the owner, he knows the city inside out. Solid 5 stars from me 👍🏼

This hotel was a great choice for my nearly week-long stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms were nice and spacious, the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the location of the hotel is within a convenient distance to many stores, restaurants, night markets, and temples.
