Terrible breakfast. They serve mostly oily Chinese stuff, when there is so much amazing Thai food all around. The rooms are large enough, but old and noisy. The hotel needs to invest more in training the staff as well and probably pay them better. Don't stay here, there are better hotels in Chiang Mai.

absolutely atrocious receptionists, thought we couldn’t understand thai and begun to speak about us. Our room was double booked and they refused to help us, rather they gave us a useless number which didn’t work and called it a day. Kept talking about us and laughing. Didn’t get any money back.

Enjoyed our stay. Very affordable, clean rooms and good breakfast. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, provided us with umbrellas when it rained. Less than 100m up the road, there is a nice local Thai kitchen at the road junction, cheaper than most street stalls. Avocado shake for BHT30.

De Charme was our ideal hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable beds, clean, and had a shower with hot water. The pool in the center of the hotel was amazing, and the included breakfast was well rounded and super tasty. The best past for us though was the LOCATION! So centrally located to everything and gave us easy access to walk to many locations or grab a grab. We will be returning!

Useless customer service at the front desk. We tried to book with the receptionist then they proceeded to tell us to book online which we did. We provided the receipts of everything and they decided to tell us we weren’t allowed in the room which by the way were unoccupied. This is a non refundable booking and they’ve left us with no place to stay for the night, even though we’ve payed for everything.

De Charme Hotel is very nice, it has a cold pool to go swimming in after a long day traversing the city. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are cozy. I highly recommend anyone who is staying here to ask about the trips offered at the front desk. I found them to be affordable and well worth the money. There are many for whatever it is you are looking to do.

The hotel is clean and nice, great pool, but the beds feel like one is sleeping on concrete. They really need to put a memory topper on it. One can hear the noise outside as the door has a gap, which let's the sound in, which can be pain if you want a lie in. But i would stay there again if they put a memory foam mattresses there. The dinning roma for breakfast and decor is nice and pleasant and not tacky. Great atmosphere, just not ideal if you need to recover for a holiday.

This is the hotel from Hell. Don't stay there even if it's free. You risk being treated terribly by the rude and arrogant male staff who works at the front. This was the worst treatment and service I have ever received at any establishment in my life. Avoid like the plague.

Exceptional location. I liked the traditional hotel despite being a bit dated. Way too stiff and hard of bed. It's like the typical stiff bed in value hotels in Thailand

This was a great hotel to stay at! I really enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast was always delicious every morning. There's also a very beautiful pool in the courtyard that I highly recommend checking out. There is also laundry service in house.

Staying here for 3 nights and everything in the room feels new. Quality of food for breakfast is excellent! I love the watermelon, dragonfruit and salad bar. Location is very central to lots of temples and restaurants.

The reception is very professional but not very warm. The rooms are comfortable and large. Class pool. The location is not particularly central but close to a 7/11.

Spent 4 nights in De CHARME Hotel The room is clean and spacious. Very nice swimming pool. Staff are nice. Good location. Few famous cafe, convenience store and massage are near. Will spend another days when come back to Chiang Mai

Lovely hotel but i paid for laundry and my clothes weren’t even clean so don’t think they even wash them.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Absolutely rude and combative reception. Mistakingly tried to charge us for doing laundry even though we never did laundry and also wrongly accused my mom of leaving blood stains on her sheets even though she is not capable of menstruating. When we advised the receptionist of this, she actually argued with us. This is not how you treat your guests. In addition, when we arrived, there was no one to greet us and no one helped us bring in our luggage into our rooms. The reception were not friendly and were pretty dry overall.

Nice comfortable rooms, staff were welcoming. Hotel room was quiet as it wasn’t on the main streets and overall it was priced well for what you get.

A bit far from the action, but staff was great. They kept our bags after we checked out and went for a day trip and they let us take a shower when we came back even though we already checked out

A well presented hotel with very helpful staff. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Excellent value with just a few small niggles. For a one child family we coped fine but the shower just kept varying between scalding and freezing, not best for a 4 year old. No extra bed, but the one bed was plenty big enough for three. The rooms are lacking in decor but I would still consider it as more than enough for our short stay.

Really nice staff. Pool is amazing but a little frisky. Rooms are spacious but the bed is a little hard. Breakfast is a 10/10

Safe, friendly environment. Rooms are big and comfy with good air con and Wi-Fi. The pool is nice for a hot day cool dip. Reasonable price including breakfast which is very yummy. Conveniently located without the hustle and bustle of the city . Highly recommend!

Clean, well equipped and spacious room, closely located near Wat Phrasing, Sunday walking street, and restaurants. Good value for money. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was nice for its price, big pool, a little bit of an American motel vibe but with a touch of Thaïland. Don’t bother with the breakfast, it’s better and cheaper to get something at a nice Thai place outside

Standard and clean room, however there is a need to improve service. It takes too much time to check out and prepare for receipt with almost unfriendly front desk staff. Other staff is good and welcome.

Very nice accommodation, located to enable easy access to all the Chaing Mai has to offer. The only down side for me, and a few other guests was the hotwater to the showers was terrible. It was the delivery system of the hotwater service that needs major improvements. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall a good hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff and clean. I stayed six nights with my girlfriend. Breakfast is Thai but okey and fresh with several options. I would rate it 5 star if it wasn’t for the low ceilings on several places which makes it very dangerous for tall people (>185cm).

Stayed here for a few days last year with Thai wife soon after our marriage. Is a nice hotel with good value, spacious rooms and ample free parking. Found the staff friendly and always went out their way to help. Hotel rooms are arranged in a quadrangle around a large central pool and lounge area and there’s a decent restaurant too.

I really appreciate the service they give. Very polite. Room clean and is exact what you expect. Good location if you don't want to be in a crowded area. Everything is a good 5-15 min walk. I enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights.

Overall a great experience. Clean rooms, but the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is good but there were bugs crawling all over the fruit. Very close to the Sunday market which was awesome. Would stay again

Good location, and it looks good from the outside but inside theres a lot wrong in the room from the awkward placement of the toilet to the light switches being installed wrong. Staff could have been a littl friendlier they seemed uninterested at reception. The night guard then again was a sweetheart
