Be very careful about staying here. Unless u can get a room at the front of the hotel there are no windows in your room. The room we had was a dark dank hovel. There are many better places to stay in Chiang Mai. The location to the Sunday walking market is good just at the end of the street.

I normally don't leave reviews for hotels but this one left me so bitter I had to warn others. When I get there the staff tells me that the price listed everywhere online (including their website) is the booking fee and that I need to pay double the amount to actually have the room. Once again I was not able to find this listed anywhere. I get to my room and the beds are rock hard, the AC does not work, and there is literal mold on the walls. Do not stay here.

It’s quite clean, good service and located in a very good location. You need just 3 minutes walk to the Sunday market. And 400 meters walk to Chiangmai gate for breakfast. Now the hotel is about to renovate for better rooms and facilities. The price is super reasonable for such a location. Only one thing I don’t recommend this hotel is the lacking of parking lot for cars.

The location is right in the center of Chiang Mai’s old town. You can go anywhere in the old town just by walking or renting a bike. The staffs are nice. A smooth check in. The room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Worth the price.

Well located Super staff Good brekfast Laundry 40 baht 1kg but you find cheapest laundries near by! Rooms cozy and silent Free bikes to rent!!!

I booked this hotel because of its central location without seeing some of the reviews here and was a bit worried when I checked the reviews shortly before arriving. My worries were unjustified though and I was very satisfied with the value for my money. My room on the first floor had nice wooden furniture and was decorated to my liking. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and cleaned every day very thoroughly. They even left some chocolates on new years eve. 2 of the windows are at the side of the door, so if you open the curtains on that side you might have less privacy, but there's another windows (that I didn't see initally) on the other side with a nice view to the street. The aircon was quiet enough for me to sleep. The walls are a bit thin, but aside from one morning there were no noisy guests so it wasn't a problem. They have a 24/7 staffed reception, although the staff working in the night is probably more for security and urgent queries, so you should try discussing matters with the staff during the day. They spoke English well and could help me with all matters and questions I had.

We stayed here just for a few hours as we got in to Chiang Mai early and our hotel we had booked didn't allow early check ins which was fine. We stumbled across this place when we were running on fumes and the receptionist (Nicha) was so warming and allowed us to stay for a few hours for such a reasonable price. Couldn't fault the room and the location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty decent boutique hotel located right in the center of the Old City of Chiangmai. Easy short walk to most major tourist spots. Located on a small somewhat quiet street. The room was a little small, but it was ok. Most staffs were friendly and helpful.

Wow !! This place has amazing service, they helped us with everything we need, starting from recommendations and booking bus tickets on the thai website and even gave us chocolates as a present for valentines day. The rooms are a little small but everything eles is worth it. Also the location is super !! Recommended on sunday just two minutes walk from the huge Sunday market ❤️❤️❤️❤️
