Lovely hotel just outside of Chiang Mai Old Town with very attentive staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable for any stay, ranging from a night to a few weeks. The pool area was nice and clean, which could do with a few more sunbeds in the sun! Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel. The location is AMAZING. The rooms are all super clean and I love the design. The staff are all so so so sweet, kind, helpful and understanding ❀️. The breakfast is great too and really good value with everything that's included. Pool is great to relax at too. They have a waterrefill station so you don't need to keep using new plastic. All round perfect hotel!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the loveliest hotel we have visited. The staff could not do anymore for you, helped booked trips, taxi’s anything we needed. The hotel/room was very clean, we were upgraded on arrival and the room was huge. The location was perfect and everything you need within walking distance. If you’re in Chiang Mai I highly recommend staying here.

Quiet area on the edge of old town. Perfect location for a solo traveller who doesn’t mind the 10-15 minute walk to old down. There are coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, all within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Had a room looking towards the temple which was a dream to sit and view listening to the rain out on the balcony. Also not very expensive! They have everything you could need on a trip to Chiang Mai! Also, great WiFi and air con!

I gave the room 5 star, this is an older building. That the staff do there best to keep it within that rating. Let's not forget you can pay much more and it wouldn't be any better. Or have a swimming pool, or the lovely staff and management this hotel has. Not forgetting the fabulous fruit plater you get with your breakfast. It's other plus the location so easy, and if you like to bike they have those for hire also. Andrew

Everything I could’ve wanted and more. The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The pool is glorious. The staff really do make it, so incredibly helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. The resident cats are cute too! I would recommend and hope to visit again.

Superb hotel with top-notch staff and spacious, extremely quiet rooms. Located just outside the old town but very accessible on foot. There is a decent sized swimming pool. The fruit at breakfast is excellent but the English breakfast option is not very good. Other than that, everything is perfect πŸ‘Œ

The hotel is well located to explore Chiang Mai old town with lots of nice restaurants, bars, cafes near by and at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is absolutely amazing and supportive in any way. Rooms are clean and comfy. Some free refreshments are provided every day. Enjoyed my stay there a lot!

Cosy little place at the edge of the old city. Good location as it's walking distance to many attractions. Quiet, safe and super helpful staff. A little inconvenient that they don't have a 24hr front desk but they'll help you work around any issue that you may have with it. Breakfast was good. There's something for everyone. A pity there was local breakfast on the menu. I would have liked a bowl of Khao Tom. Rooms are clean, large and practical enough. The mattress on the bed was harder than I would have liked. They tried to 'soften' it with a mattress topper. It barely worked I appreciated the effort and made do with what I had. I got used to it after 2 nights. I'd give this place a solid 4 stars and will definitely return.

Such a warm welcome and staff were so helpful from start to finish:) We found out we’d been upgraded to a superior king room and it was amazing, so spacious, comfy bed, safe, fridge, kettle, balcony and great bathroom! Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai.

Don’t think about it, just book, you won’t be disappointed. My partner and I have both travelled Thailand extensively 6/7 times and this hotel is by far one of the best in Thailand. From arrival to the end (we extended our trip for 3 extra days) it was faultless. We had a superior room on the 2nd floor to begin with and it was bright, airy, clean and big. Room cleaned every day (to my very high standard) and free bottled water everyday. The staff, every single one of them are just the BEST. I got very sick with food poisoning during my stay and they were genuinely caring and attentive, offering me local medication that helped me recover. They accommodated the extra length of stay at last minute with no issues, they were always friendly and helpful - we appreciated it so much and can’t thank them enough. They helped to sort travel to Pai and stored our luggage (for a reasonable charge). The hotel itself is soooooo clean. Staff are always around cleaning and sweeping. Facilities were fantastic, the pool and free pool towels were a touch, cocktails delicious and fairly priced, free tea/coffee/water all day, fruit sometimes too. All in all, we were sad to leave! We’ll be back and look forward to it. Thank you My Chiangmai Boutique Hotel for making this one of our best stays ever in Thailand.

The friendliness of the staff in this hotel is unbeatable. They took such good care of us and we felt fully welcome during our stay here. The host had some really good recommendations of local restaurants and cafΓ©s too. Other than that, our hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is ideal. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family once borders open up again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

An amazing place to stay, mainly because of the exceptional staff working there. I had to modify my booking because of an unexpected change in my trip schedule and the hotel made everything so easy. I stayed 2 nights, then one night off, and back another night. During the night off we left luggage in the place and when we came back our stuff and our laundry was in our room. Totally recommended

Such friendly and helpful staff. So clean and well equipped. Great value for money and beautiful. Huge comfortable bed and spacious room. Constantly cleaned and maintained. Great location just outside of the main square making it easy to access everywhere :) Staff always happy to give advice and make sure everything was good for us! Absolutely loved it and couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent hotel. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Pool is very nice and staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Quiet, yet a short walk to town. Only minor niggle is the WiFi could be a little fast at times. Would definitely return.

Great hotel! Staff is always willing to help, which was great because we had a lot of questions. Bed was not as hard as at many Thai hotels and room was quiet. Much needed after we ran away of another hotel.

The hotel is not clean, the beds are very hard and good only if you're very tired, the pillows also hard. The most horrible THING about this place is The wife or administrador. She though a par of scissors to my daughter which where attempted to me, only because I claim my rights to keep a room she promised. At the time we checked in she wanted to make big extra changes, I told I had already some prices and agreement with her husband and Owner who happened to be my daughter is horse riding trainer long ago. The wife was very disappointed about the fact that we had different price range, and told me that only for that night I had to take a very expensive room and the day after we could occupied the twin bedroom. We accepted, the day after we got the twin bedroom bud when I wanted to pay for it she told me, "don't worry pay tomorrow " I accepted because it was late. The morning after I come to the reception desk to.pay for 7 nights which was our agreement, and she said it was only one night available and I had to leave. She rented only to occupied it and get my money, perhaps she decided to rent it to others for a bigger amount of money. I protest and told her that she should keep her word, and she told me to get the F#^ out of her place and tuck the scissors βœ‚οΈ out of her desk and trough them to me and almost hit my daughter who has been sick and shocked for days! I told I was calling the police but Thai police won't do much. So if you want a psychopath as your host visit this place.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel in May 2023. It's a oasis in the middle of all sightseeing highlights. A small but fine pool waited every afternoon after our trips around Chiang Mai. Unfortunately it's not possible to rate the staff with 10 stars. Especially the guy behind the reception was more than kind and helpful. I assume, you know who is meant :-) I fully recommend this hotel!

The room was very good and comfortable. The staff was incredible, especially one of them, he was so kind, he helped us set up tours and he was always very patient and enthusiastic about looking for the best options. You have a fruit and vegetable market very close that works from noon to 23 or 24.

For this price i can hardly imagine you can get better. I had the kingsize bedroom and it was all i need and can ask for. Clean, spacious enough and with my own bathroom. It is located in the centre of Chiang Mai. They offered to help with planning tours, offering to fix our bustrip to Pai and not for different prices than usual. One of the ladies behind the reception is veryy energetic which might catch you offguard. It could come over as a little unnatural, but this is sometimes part of running this kind of a business. If i ever come back to Chiang Mai here is where i sleep.

Highly recommend hotel with convenient location. We stayed 2 nights in the superior room by booking directly with the hotel. Room was modern and clean. There are snacks and tea available 24 hours in the reception area. A fee parking spaces at the front just ask the reception.

Whoa, what a wonderful stay! The staff was just so kind, welcoming, and attentive to any request. From arranging a private taxi to Doi Suthep, to dining recommendations, to early morning airport transport, the entire staff went above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff at My Chiangmai Lodge for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning to Chiang Mai and hope to stay here again.

Staff where incredibly friendly, rooms where clean, pool was refreshing for a dip and they have drinks both free and beers for like 50 baht in the lobby, we didn't eat here while we stayed as there is an abundance of local places just a short walk from the hotel so I can't comment on the food, we was even offered a different room on our second night as the staff where concerned that there was some kids being too noisy in the room next to us but we didn't hear anything, it was appreciated non the less, my only complaint, and it is literally my only one and I've seen it mentioned in other reviews.... the beds are rock hard, it's like the mattresses are made from the suspension springs of old cars or something πŸ˜‚ it did make it hard to get comfortable, I'm sure some people are fine with it if you have a harder bed at home but it did effect my sleep, don't let that stop you coming here though it is a lovely hotel in a lovely part of Thailand and the service definitely makes up for.

Great place to stay, modern with a vintage vibe, helpful staff, nothing is too much to ask for, super location, spacious rooms with tv, free WiFi, complimentary bathing products, indoor slippers, tea and coffee. nice balcony, a safe, fridge, everything you need. The pool is cool, dine inside or poolside. Helpful staff, laundry service, printing, private car hire. I ate in the restaurant it was tasty and reasonably priced. Great customer service.
