If you have an injury, and use a small towel to clean yourself, you're going to get charged - even if you spend nearly $1k on a long stay. The minimal cost of bleaching a towel is more important to them than good service. I was also away for three nights, key was left at reception, they didn't clean the room whilst I was away, even though their possession of the key clearly meant I wasn't there. If you want attentive service over pettiness, stay elsewhere

Swimming pool filter has been broken for 5 days. WiFi has serious problems. When it works it is great but it is so unreliable. Cannot do work here because of the unreliability. Room cleaning is adequate but you get 1 toilet roll and 2 tea bags/coffee sachets per week!! For 8k thb per month there is better available

Terrible service. I booked a junior suite, paid at reception and when shown to the room it was a tiny room with no bathtub-not the one I booked online. I was then told the suites were fully booked (by the concierge guy) and this was all that was available. The manager 'Tina' was incredibly rude when I requested a refund, she needs serious customer service training (and a hug because she's diabolically miserable). Also, what 4* hotel asks for a room key cash or passport deposit? Bad taste. Highly advise you to avoid, avoid, avoid.

Good place for the price. Breakfast is AMAZING!!! Reason why it’s a 4 stars and not 3 because the facility isn’t that great. The wifi doesn’t work properly, the room was okay but we had issues with the sink, the shower and the door. So a lot of small issues

I love this hotel and I stay there every time I come to Chiang Mai. The location is great in the heart of the Old City. Close to great restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops. You dont't need a car because you can walk everywhere. The Staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean and well maintained. Weaw, the woman who cleaned my room always does an amazing job in keeping my room clean. Any time I have ever had a problem with anything, it was taken care of that day. I have stayed several other places in Chiang Mai and Eurana Boutique Hotel is my overall favorite and a great value.

Service was very helpful and nice but the room was a bit different of what they looked like in the pictures. Bed was clean but maybe 2 pillows would make it more comfortable and maybe because of the building works that are just next to the rooms came black water from the tap. As well in the middle of the night someone knocked on our door room, didn’t open. Maybe the stuff, maybe not, but next morning no one knew about it. A bit disappointed with this place

Worst bed I've ever slept on. Avoid this hotel better options close by. Photos are misleading. This place is decrepit.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Great location within old city. Friendly, efficient staff. Fast WIFI. Upgraded to a premier room in the new building. Can’t fault it. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, the staff have been more than helpful and have even upgraded my room to one of the newer ones. They do as much as they can to make your stay comfortable.

Be very aware what type of room you are booking!!! They have many different types of rooms and additionally only one building is renovated and looks like in the fancy pictures. That room is great, but the rest is unfortunately quite old and used. The general cleanliness could be improved especially of the swimming pool. Cleanliness of the old type of rooms was also not the best. If you can afford and it’s available, upgrade to the new building - it’s sooo worth it! The hotel has strange rules and in case of breaking them you will be fined e.g. you cannot take food out of breakfast, you cannot stain towels, you cannot hang your stuff on railings. The location is okay - very close to the main road but it doesn’t get noisy from it. Breakfast is basic but completely enough. The staff was friendly and helpful.

17 Dec 2023. My friend booked this hotel for our trip in Chiang Mai. Surprised by the receptionist, the cleaner and the bell boy, all can speak Mandarin. We reached the hotel in the night and impressed with the atmosphere. Nice location to the night markets. Can come back to stay.

Position: good Price: if you book at least a week the standard room price drops. Rooms: the standard rooms are in the old part just above the bar, those are really spacious but don't expect new forniture. Clean and service: terrible. I found a bunch of hairs on the floor and better if I dont describe the shower. I asked 3 days in a row and left the sign on the door as well, every time they told me yes ok but nobody came to clean the room. First time in my life I had to find the detergent and clean by myself. I'm leaving 1 star because at least toilet, tap and bedsheets were clean when we arrived.

Good hotel near everything, including little market, massages, places to eat, and about a 20 minute walk to the night market. Also close to both the Saturday and Sunday street markets. Free parking and laundry machines available. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Would stay again.

This hotel is 4 stars hotel NOT 2 stars. I wonder why it says 2 star on google map. The service is like 5 stars I am very impressed with facility inside hotel and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Reasonable and centralized to all restaurants and pubs and most ancient temples situated in old square

Good breakfast, nice pool, deep bathtub though water wasn't hot enough to justify filling it. Clean but saggy bed

We booked for 5 days and stayed for over 2 weeks. The place is in the perfect location, rooms are cleaned and well maintained. We also got complementary upgrade for a room with swimming pool view! Thank you ❤️ Breakfast is delicious although quite similar every day so have it in mind when you book for longer stay. One thing I would improve is to put more sun beds in the pool area.

We stayed 3 rooms a total of 3 night, and booked Premier Twin beds through Facebook. The rooms were modern, clean, spacious, had balcony and the service was great! The location is in the middle of a lot of foods, and spas, and even temples. The restaurants around are super touristy (i enjoyed eating in the night bazaar more). The reason i gave 4 stars is because of the smell in the dining room for daily breakfast buffet; not a lot of choices to eat, and the smell was like a bathroom smell (because of the sewer) in the dining room! But, the staffs were helpful and friendly, and a lot of places to walk around! Have a 7-11, Lotus just around the corner. The room service was also very convenient. I don’t know why the hotel’s review is average 2 star. I’m not sure if it’s because people booked the superior rooms. If you’re thinking of something in the Chaing Mai old town, this hotel’s premier rooms are IT.

Great location and service, rooms are clean and okay with nice bed and aircon but atm nicer bigger room hotels are a similar price. My room had a door to adjoining room and I could hear the conversations of those staying next to me which was quite annoying for a nice hotel. Location is great though, close to theapae gate and plenty of bars, food and coffee shops.

Great low cost hotel. Don't expect very high quality tho as the hotel is a bit hotel and need some renovation. My main problems was the water : there were some dirt in the water. The staff advised me to let the water run for 5-10min. I did work but doing this everyday is not great :/ The staff was super friendly and very helpful!
