Stayed here for 3 nights in June for our honeymoon, the hotel has everything a 4 star should have but with an added touch of class. Rooms have big bed, air conditioning, mini bar,(cheap), safe for valuables. Nice view of chang mai.The setting for the bar and big screen for sports, the breakfast and lunch area,the lobby is even class. The staff are 10/10, the local is ideal for any1 whos doesn't want the noise and busy city vibe but only 90 baht taxi into the square. Food is excellent and the price is very reasonable considering. Highly recommend to all.

Staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed in duplex room with pool access: Good decorations and interior design in the room, however the water heater was bad, we could not take shower with Warm water for kid, the temperature is fluctuated, either too hot or too cold. It made us crazy. Luckily, our grandparents stayed in premium room. Their room looked fine. We took shower there. Our room is clean and modern, but many ants came out from the gap of the floor. We put luggages on the floor then carried some ants home🥲

A hotel located on a highway where heading to attraction such Nimmanhaemin road by 5mins. The room was nice and tidy for business or leisure travel.

Stayed in premier King room for 4 nights. The services from everyone was beyond 4-star level. I would definitely give all of them 5 stars for services. The room was carefully designed and all details made me feel comfortable. Easy to go to Nimman or old city by Grab or Bolt with a lot of restaurant at walking distance. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great too.

Nice hotel, we stayed here for one night. The bed was super comfortable and big. We payed around 50euro for 1 night for 2 persons, breakfast buffet was included and good. The staff was friendly and helped us to get a local ‘Uber’. The hotel and the rooms are wel decorated, what created a very nice atmosphere. The reason we are giving 4 stars is because the pool is way smaller than we saw on the pictures, the food is quite expensive at the hotel restaurant and the location is not central. But overal we liked our stay and we recommend this hotel for guest who are staying 1 or 2 nights.

The wintree city Resort impressed us with its fantastic facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and the cocktails on site are also very tasty. We liked the pool area best, and the rooms are a highlight in themselves! To the inner city you can make it in about 12 minutes with a Grab cab, which really does not cost much. Overall, highly recommended!

The shower system they use burns you. Water pressure fluctuates throughout the day. Having separate hot and cold valves caused some scalding. I do not recommend this hotel because of this.

It's a beautiful resort. The staff are polite. I wish the location was better but this is not a big issue if you have Grab application on your phone. Highly recommend it

Worth for money. Room is cleaned with acceptable of breakfast. The Hotel is located on Super highway: hence it's convenient to go around.

I highly recommend this resort as your first choice to stay in Chiangmai. They have nice environment and wonderful service. We have good time here!

Clean, modern rooms. daily breakfast offers many different choices. We also had an amazing dinner at the same restaurant, Flambé seafood platters, papaya salad, and chicken satay, all for under 1000 BHT + tips. Did not use the kids friendly swimming pool facilities. Within 3-4 km from trendy Nimmanhaemin Road.

A nice hotel with swimming pool and gym right at the center, there’s also morning buffet where you can take a seat and have food right by the pool. The room is clean and large with 7-foot bed. Additionally, the place is close to MAYA and around 5-10 minutes to Chiang Mai university.

Good service, clean room,variety of breakfast. We stayed here for 4nights both superior and deluxe but we found our deluxe room type was a bit weird. There’s a small compartment on the headboard. Please note: The shower water temperature was irregular (room no.4509) So we preferred superior.

Really great resort for a low price. Very clean and a lot of staff. Always friendly and handled my complain about waiting time prompt and really well. I definitely recommend the resort for it’s service and the family friendly and welcome atmosphere. The food quality is very good and everything is clean and spacious. We will come back when we are in Chiang Mai. 🙂

The most bad hotel they make party in near around the pool and singing you can hear all the party inside your room in night time at 9:30 PM !!!!! In the next day I had to extend one more night they told me its full what the hell ?? Its not good attitude at all , guys Just go to other hotel trust me you will regret

The best resort ever in Chiangmai. We stayed at Wintree for 2 nights: 1 night at duplex apartment and 1 night in deluxe room. Everything made us satisfied including: reception, room staff, accommodation, atmosphere. There is only one concern about breakfast menu, few option for you, but it doesn’t matter because we have more time to try local cuisine at Chiangmai. Highly recommend for couple and family trip.

Super. My room is big. Lots of parking spaces. All staffs are helpful. Breakfast is great, having many choices. The only con is its' location that is out of town but easy to go to the airport, though.

Let me start by saying that I can be a very difficult customer to deal with. However the concierge is that goes by the name of First was extremely helpful. He assisted me with renting a car without having to leave the resort to pick it up. Next he assisted me with booking a wonderful tour visiting the kanta elephant sanctuary. finally, I bought a phone service plan at the airport which I thought was sufficient however apparently I used all the data he even assisted me with adding more data to my phone. Also the breakfast was amazing and the kids enjoy the pools.

Amazing hotel, enjoyed my 5nights stay here at Wintree Resort. Hotel is very modern, clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located off the highway so it does get busy when you’re travelling in/out. I did a few tours whilst I was in Chiang Mai and absolutely loved this part of Thailand and planning on coming back with my friends/family. Stayed in the superior room, spacious, clean, you do get a good nights sleep here the King beds are so comfy. Daily housekeeping, with all the amenities and facilities you’d expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty of variety hot/cold dishes. Overall service at Wintree was fabulous, recommend to all.

Location is right on the edge of the city. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Room is clean but theres only 1 mirror inside the bathroom, not ideal when u need the mirror and the other person is using the bathroom. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices, and they change the variety everyday. 👍

Very well provided hotel. Clean, good service, good amenities, check in 1400 hrs. Location is about 20minutes from airport by taxi. Taxi ride had provided a glimpse of Cheng Mai, with it's rustic feel. Taxi driver was friendly and able to converse in English Had lunch at hotel after check in. Lunch menu is reasonable priced and well prepared and served. It was sea bass and pineapple rice. Menu have good choice to spoil you. Nice relaxing music for lunch.

These people are amazing; Service is really good. They do the hospitality as they say. Infact a great place for Muslims to hangout. They provided halal food and try to incorporate the needs accordingly.

Good service and clean room. Room is not soundproof. It has noise from outside and other room. Bathroom is not private because it has curtain which not completely sealed.

The room is clean and spacious, staff is helpful, We told them that we want halal breakfast so they gave us accordingly. Location of the hotel is also very convenient. Although car parking is limited, specially when you come back late night, but they helped us to park outside the hotel.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Nice and clean hotel, everything was well taken care of by the friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, had everything from thai to european food. Also probably the best beds I've ever had in a hotel. My gf even bought some of the bedgear for at home :) We were supposed to just stay for one day while travelling in Chiang Mai but we loved it so much we stayed another day and night. Can highly recommend!
