A small hotel located conveniently in the old city. The room is very spacious, would recommend the larger deluxe room. Has a nice pool area and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff are very friendly and supportive, able to arrange activities and car rental. The Sunday Night Walking Street is just 1 minute walk away.

We have stayed here for 3 nights, everything is perfect. Location is superb, right in the centre, close to everything but still quiet. The room is clean and beautiful, bathroom has a rain shower. Sound proofing is good enough to block the outside noise. Every single member of staff is really friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Swimming pool is a nice refresh after daytime explore. Highly recommended.

Clean and beautiful hotel in the old town. Nice location with access to the main attractions in a short walk, everything you need is nearby, cafes, spas and etc. Very friendly and efficient staff. Big clean room with comfortable bed. Pool area was nice.

Hotel was just on the main street, there are many nice restaurants nearby. Super gorgeous room with fast wifi, full with amenities. Staff were very nice and supportive. Very decent value for the price.

Highly recommend staying at Cozytel! We’ve been there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The whole staff is extremely kind and helpful. The pool is quite cold, but perfect for a little refreshment! Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool, so we could easily relax at the pool / on the sunbeds or on our patio. There never were many people around the pool, so there wasn’t much noise in our room. The room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable (unless you prefer a hard mattress). The location of the hotel maybe is as central as possible in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. There are plenty of spots to get breakfast, (street)food, massages or some small shops within walking distance. Despite the central location of the hotel, it’s located in a very quiet street, even when there were night markets or the big festivities of Loy Krathong.

The location was nice. It is central of the city area and within walking distance to every major sites also it is really close to the doorstep of the Sunday Market. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool is large enough for relaxing. Reception was very nice and attentive to our request.

Really good hotel in a great area. Quiet street and hotel no noise from other rooms or guests. Receptionists are available to help with anything and are happy to do that . Rooms are good size, very clean , comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Kettle coffee bathroom amenities available free and a nice touch was the gift of snacks on our first day . While we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and inviting with beautiful gardens around . Thank you all the staff at Cozytel for making our stay memorable 😊

I stayed in this hotel back in October. Very nice hotel, we were greeted with a big smile, we did arrive early and was able to leave our bags at the hotel and to be fair to them they did manage to get us to our rooms before our check in time which was great. Nice pool in the middle of the hotel, which was never busy. Everything was within a 10/15 minute walk which we found very helpful.

Loving our stay! Actually writing this in my room on my comfy bed! We opt'd for 5 nights here and it's been very comfy and perfect for us.

Everything is great about this hotel. Very clean and spacious room with strong Wi-Fi connection. We love the common areas where you can sit next to the swimming pool. The staff were great, did their best to make the guests feel comfortable, they gave us tips on what to do around and helped us with bus tickets and so on. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is stylish, the rooms are really beautiful and made to feel comfortable. Bed is so soft and comfy, better than many other's hotel. I stayed on the upper floor so that we surely had an amazing view. Location itself is really good and convenient, near 7-11 and a number of restaurants. A short walk to the sunday market and a short distance to nimman road by car. Staff are also nice, did an amazing job for me.

All you need for your trip to chiang mai. Perfect location in the center of Chiang Mai with the perfect service mind, making you feel super welcome in a tucked away corner of Chiang Mai. Spacious clean room with good smell, felt really relax. Outdoor pool was great as well.

Decent Hotel, Room was ok, Bathroom had a smell of sewer the whole 3 days. Pool is nice to have but the whirlpool function did not work. You're not wrong to stay here, but it's a little to pricey in comparison.

Rooms are cleaned except no coffee and tea facilities but for that rate guess you can't ask for more. Reception is a one man show so its quite inconvenience especially the service closes at 9pm night and open only 9am in the morning

This is a a pretty good hotel. It is simple but clean and has what you need.

Very nice staff and we had a nice room with a balcony. The pool isn't very warm but we still enjoyed it. Good food and coffee down the street at the Inner Cafe and the massage parlor across the street was nice.
