Good location with reasonable price around nimmarn. Room were clean and function, microwave, fridge, plate , spoon, fork are all in your room. Room look like dormitory but it ok. If you very hard to sleep please ask room on quite zone, otherwise your room will faced with nimarn road which Fri to Sun are very noisy.

The location is so perfect because it has lotus, 7 eleven and mcdonald within 1-2mins walking distance. Also a few mins walk to Maya mall and Nimman's famous eatery. Room is old but gold, spacious and clean. Only problem is the aircraft sound and traffic sound, have a hard time to fall asleep.

I appreciate that this hotel focuses on the things that matter, and not the things that don’t, in order to provide good value. Rooms are much more spacious than hotels in a similar price range in Nimman. Cleanliness and housekeeping were solid. Rooms have plenty of outlets. Laundry is right next door. Location is ideal for exploring Nimman. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. For improvement, I suggest upgrading gym with heavier weights / AC and an update to the bathroom tiles which are hard to keep clean.

Staying there for 2 nights for a work trip in CM, very quiet in weekdays. Room is clean and nice, everything worked well in the room, bed and pillows are comfortable. Great location. Can use the gym 24hrs at that time but no pool. Breakfast is okay. Overall it was good!

Very good for this price. Yes the rooms may be older and not perfect but the location is great. Have 7-11. Mini mart. Food of all sorts. Nearby mall. Money changer. Road side stall cheap eat. Breakfast is almost the same everyday but they serve bacon which is quite good for me. Not for those who expect brand new rooms.

Big room and clean. Breakfast is good. But the overall lighting is too dark. Fitness facilities on 7/F, while there’s nobody. It was quite scary.

Hotel is in a great location in Nimman, and offers everything you need for a great stay in Chiang Mai. The parking guard is wonderful and always helps stop the traffic for you to get out easily. Only downside is that their website offers elephant rides and this should no longer be something promoted and is a huge let down for the hotel. Please update your website and remove that. We should admire elephants and not ride them.

This residence is in a superb location in Nimman! So convenient to everything. I found this place when I had to move out of another one unexpectedly. It's two rooms with a balcony. There is a kitchen area with a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a water kettle. They also provide a set of plates, bowls, and silverware. There is daily housekeeping if you want. The curtains are not blackout curtains, so if you need complete darkness to sleep, this place is not for you. The room becomes bright once the sun is out. You also do hear music from the establishments nearby and the airplanes from the airport, but it didn’t bother me. It’s not constant or overly loud. I felt comfortable here and enjoyed my 10-day stay :)

Rooms are a bit older than advertised, staff wasn’t the most friendly, staff barely speaks any English as well. Rooms are clean, huge and spacious though.

Large clean rooms with great aircon. Older hotel with decent facilities and excellent location. Parking station is free for guests. Only complaint is it’s VERY loud at night.

The room is quite big for this area, and the location is perfect. You can walk around and easily find any coffee shop, restaurant or 7/11. You can walk to Maya shopping mall. The staff is also nice.

The rooms are very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. You cannot beat the price of the hotel for everything it offers. I highly recommend this place. Note: the breakfast is mediocre. It's very simple.
