B2 Khamtieng Boutique & Budget Hotel , you’ll be close to Lotus Khamtieng, a large discount department store - just opposite from the hotel and Central Festival Chiangmai, a newly big shopping mall.

Everything is ok but due to the highway before the hotel so difficult to access to the old city by walk.

nice room.beautiful,clean,less parking, Refrigerators are bigger than anywhere.

Cheap but location is far with Town. And the room a little old,. And the elevator build on every half floor, this is a little bit inconvenience. If u have the other choice, I won't recommend here.

It’s so cheap, every time 420B one night but faces superhighway that causes very noisy from early morning and sunrises directly makes too bright.

Cleanliness quite good but the shower on 2nd and 3rd floor are slowly pour.

If u must, it shall be your last option. Bedding smells like it has been store for decade. Front desk works like they got no choice. Warm shower and good wifi though.

It's look older than another B2 but not too expensive

This is a very bad experience, please don't stay here! The room was very poor and very noisy. The service staff is the worst service I have encountered in Thailand.
