It's ok due to its place and a nice swimming pool but very noisy and smoking odour in rooms. Wifi simply does not work so I spent 4 days without being able to access my email and I had to do business so I would not recommend this place. The hotel charges you for any stains you leave on bed sheets, towels etc which I think is strange. Check in took longer than advertised. As I came for checkin, they were not ready with the room before 14.30pm, the check-in says 13.00 though. So I dropped my bags, went on a city tour and came back later. They tried downgrading me to a smaller room that smelled like tobacco, it was impossible to breathe in there and not what I paid for, as I asked for a non smoking room. In the end, they changed me to another room that smelled a bit less but still quite, probably because people smoke in adjoining rooms. When I tried to take a shower, it took very long to work and you have to work out for yourself the shower water system they installed on there. In the end I managed. The safe is too small to put anything in there but a passport. I found dirty clothes from someone in the closet. The road nearby with constant traffic will keep you up, as well as the nearby karaoke during Loy Krathong celebration, so bring earplugs. The hotel receives mainly Chinese customers so I was a bit disappointed I was not able to meet other backpacking foreigners to join. The walls are so thin that if someone is fidgeting on his bed rest, you can hear everything. The bed and mattress are ok but I found someone else's hair in my bed. It takes 10 to 15min by walk to join the old center. The swimming pool is open 24h. I reckon the staff does their best but I did not feel particularly welcome here. Perhaps the language barrier makes everything more difficult.

Nice hotel and cafe. In the room you have everything what you need - small balcony, AC, shower with hot water, shampoo and shower gel, small fridge, kettle, TV, hairdryer. Very comfortable bed. Good swimming pool. Friendly staff. Not far from all markets. Recommend to everyone.

They strive for guests to have the best stay. The owner and staff went out of their way to help us how ever they could and ensure we loved the city as much as them. Spacious rooms. Awesome pool. Full service restaurant/bar.

We were apprehensive looking at all the reviews before going in. But we saw that this hotel has met our expectations. The bed and restrooms were clean. The hotel provided hair dryer but Iron press was missing. Balcony and huge glass windows were provided but the outside view is nothing worth talking about. The breakfast spread was basic, we had omlette and toasted bread with butter and jam, along with orange juice. But it was enough to fill the tummies. There is a Tesco right next to hotel and the night bazaar is also at a walkable distance. One should be careful using their towels, pillows etc., any damage or stains are going to get you penalized. There was a chart on main door listing various penalties, which you wouldn't find in many other places. Overall, we found the place to be good enough and didn't face any issues.

Bad smell and broken AC's. Other than that it's a decent hotel with friendly staff for a friendly price. But because of the smell and ACs I'm not gonna stay here again

Very friendly staff. Speak English and very helpful when booking tours. Rooms very clean and made up daily. Food cheap and excellent. Nice relaxing pool. Central to everything.

Hotel is nice enough but it’s extremely noisy: 24/7 gas station next door spoils it. Service was nice, Internet is good enough, there’s even room to work downstairs. No restaurant though… All in all, value isn’t good for the price

Nice big rooms here, clean and modern, has lift, and the pool is great, but water too cold for winter (Jan/Feb), I didn't last 5 min... ! 😅

Big room and bed. The family/ staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner spoke English which was nice too. Close to Old City, Night Bazaar, and other shopping areas while also being far enough so it's not too loud/ chaotic. Reasonably priced and clean. Great for families and older couples.

The location was perfect! Especially during the lantern festival- right next to the river. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included, but wasn't the best- that's definitely not a deal breaker though. I would absolutely stay again

Thanks for letting us store our bags for one extra day as we travelled on a motorbike, which we hired through the hotel. Rooms are large and clean, with a good view. Pool looked super nice.
