Hotel has a very nice size room. The stay was very comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated, but very acceptable. Location is great. Walking distance to everything on Nimman. I would definitely come back.

Hotel looks nice BUT has NO pool as shown on google, the photo is from the next hotel, also no breakfast as advertised, a bit disappointed.

i stayed here 4 nights. Everything is oke but the receptionist with yellow hair is annoying. when i need informations for the trips. i can't see she laugh with guests dring the trip.

Good location hotel which is near One Nimman, near many massage spa, the room is also large suitable for family, can rent motorbike in 15mins. However, please check wifi of the room when receiving (we had issue in room at 5th floor), the bath towels are quite old... if not stay at hotel too much can consider

Great hotel located in busy Nimman. This soi is quite however, perfect place to get some sleep. The rooms are great value for the money, very comfortable bed, and great amenities. Very friendly and inviting staff.

Good location convenience to go and find places to eat. Room space, there is one thing is the towels look dated and seemed like it’s been using for a long time. I hope management should really solve this problem seriously. I stayed there for 2 nights. I thought the cleaner changed the second day. But it’s not. Other than that it’s ok for the price.

This hotel is very nice. We stayed here for several days and the rooms felt like home! The rooms which have kitchens and couch’s + TV are very comfy. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay. The hotel itself is within walking distance to many amazing restaurants of all types, bars, a 7-Eleven in under 100m, amazing coffee within 100m at Roast8ry, and more. We will come back for our next stay in Nimman.

We had an amazing experience staying at S17. Friendly staff and spacious room with a balcony, perfect location, you can walk to a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Also very convenient when it comes to taking a Bolt, every places we went only took like 50-60 baht. Highly recommend!

Love this hotel so much, went back to stay after a week. Room is big enough with sofa for 2 adult and 1 children, Bed is double single so we slept well. Though no breakfast, the coffee and hot chocolate is great and free flow whole day. Parking is limited but usually enough, no need to drive here though, it is walking distance to everything you want to do in thailand, PUB, massage, food, shopping center, hospital, great shopping. Tips : No need to request quiet room, all rooms are facing the side so no noise, quiet even though it's near the busy street.

I stayed here for 2 nights in room 203 but unfortunately I didn't sleep well - there is some kind of system behind the walls of my room (heating/water) which makes loud noises all the time. I also didn't feel like my room was very clean - weird smell and stains in some places. However the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot chocolate from the 24hr machine downstairs. It was in a good location too.

Very clean hotel and great staff. The AC works great if anyone was wondering! Note: I used a fish eye lens the rooms are bigger looking in person; the pictures do not give it justice!

Overall experience was excellent. Rooms large with lots of natural light. Kitchen had everything with large refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable and a nice big balcony with great view of mountains. Finn and Ung were great and very helpful, English was very good and their daily smiles were very much appreciated.

Had a great experience here and staff were helpful to arrange a local guide who brought us around for a day trip! Location was good as it's near many eateries and MAYA Lifestyle Mall. Facilities were not bad and rooms are spacious (we got a family room). What makes it not so good is that the aircon smells moldy and they don't replace towels and toiletries generously.

A small service-apartment-like hotel in a good location situated near main Nimman road. The staffs are friendly, bed and pillows are super comfy!! The room is very nice and clean :)

Excellent for the price, worth every penny.
