Check in was straightforward. No deposit was required on my booking. Room is modern and simple. Lighting is just nice for me, may be dark for some. Most essentials are provided. I love the hair dryer, salon style. Aircon is cold, bed is comfy. Probably the water heater is the only bad thing. Difficult to switch to the temperature you desire, burnt myself once when i did try to adjust the temperature. Temperature is not constant. Sound wise, can hear cars and planes at times. But didn’t hear any neighbors talking or whatever for 4 nights. Staffs were very pleasant. Overall satisfied.

Overall beautiful hotel in a good location. Not in the main Nimman road but close and walking distance to all the attractions of Nimmanhaemin such as one Nimman, Maya Mall, Think Park etc. Different floors of the hotel are decorated in different styles, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, European etc. All the staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was not that big but enough for us. Main drawback is the bathroom is a bit small and the water pressure was very low. The water pressure was not adequate for a proper shower. There is no rain shower type shower, only a hand shower head and with low water pressure it feels inadequate. The breakfast was okay but at Chiang Mai’s vibrant food culture we ate out most of the mornings. The hotel also has a nicely decorated but small pool. There’s no gym though. Overall we had a pleasant one week stay at Nimman Mai. Will consider Nimman Mai again if I visit Chiang Mai again in the future and stay at Nimman area.

I booked 5 rooms for my team .I love the quick check in in this hotel. The staff are superb. Beautiful and clean room,breakfast have good selection of food. I recommend this hotel in Chiang Mai!

Lovely place! Very clean and has all amenities you’ll need, most places don’t provide all nowadays. Shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, hand soap, toilet towel, normal tissues. Fantastic staff who were the nicest. Parking’s great as well. Will come back.

The room kinda nice, comfort and has many theme styles. Also, the location is located in the middle of the town. However, the pool is a bit small size but ok.

Nice rooms and great location, but really loud, from planes and other rooms (could hear air con going on and off! ). Breakfast wasn't great. Despite following the very detailed instructions, couldn't get the shower to work - was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Staff were really friendly though!

Great location - quiet street but a minute walk to the Main Street. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Good value for money and friendly/efficient staff.

What an amazing experience, the staff are organized super friendly and know all the Hotspots. The rooms were so clean and room service almost every day. The location is close to Maya mall and one nimman so there are plenty of places to explore by foot. We will be back. Thank you so much!

I was staying at China theme today. It was such pleasant stay with warm welcome staff at front. He is very helpful

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Advertising as such is misleading. This has nothing to do with the service. The service was 5 star including those working at the front desk. Unfortunately that couldn’t make up for the shortcomings of this hotel. We booked the “so cozy” room through our travel agent. It appears that the room names have since changed on their website but it was a room with a picture of a jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the city. Well little did we know that a room with a bathtub would be in lieu of a shower. No shower whatsoever. Just a bathtub that didn’t even have a place to hang the shower head to make it feel like a shower. No curtain around it, just to cover the windows. Which god forbid you left open because the next hotels were so close they’d be able to see everything. The room was extremely outdated. I saw a response from the hotel on another post saying this was the style of the room. No. The lights were being held up by paper clips (see pics attached) the phone looked like it was something out of the 1980s. There are no real amenities. The pool is more for decoration because it’s tiny. They didn’t even have body lotion in the rooms. In addition, on the morning we checked out the room stunk of cigarette smoke. Someone was obviously smoking in a nearby room and the air was circulating into our room. To be fair we were leaving so we didn’t give the hotel the ability to make this right but it was still annoying and a health hazard. Overall, the location was nice but there were so many hotels in this area that you would have plenty to choose from if location is important to you. Honestly if this was described as a 2 or 3 star hotel then I don’t think I would have been as disappointed. It’s a safe place to sleep at night and close to nearby attractions. However, it is very misleading to advertise this as a 4 star hotel. After looking through reviews on many other websites, I wonder if this is getting confused with other hotels with similar names in the area (leading to artificially inflated positive reviews). If you’re looking for location as number one then this is an ok place to stay. But make sure to go in with minimal expectations.

Excellent location, clean rooms better than expected size wise, very nice service friendly reception people. Definitely recommend it, safe at night if you adventure on your own!

The hotel is located in the trendy area called “Nimmanhaemin”. A lot of restaurants and shops around you and it takes only 5 mins drive to the old city. The public area inside the hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staffs were friendly. Breakfast was great, a lot of selection. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely come back.

The neighborhood itself (nimmanhaemin) is far from most tourist attractions but close to the airport. Friendly workers that quickly replenish our water bottles in the room. Working AC and spacious room Rooms are almost soundproof, i did not hear my neighbors Bad sink and shower design, floors and counter get wet easily Provided free toothbrush cottonbuds slippers and hairdryer

Awesome and fancy hotel. I came here just to stay in the cocoon room, as I'm calling it. Super interesting space and very comfortable bed

1. Furniture is old. 2. Sound insulation is bad, I can hear Music and Bass in my room from outside. 3. I don’t see why Google would rate this as a 4 star hotel. I value peaceful sleep, with noise like this midnight, it’s very hard to fall asleep.

Rooms are clean, but don’t quite look like the photos and are actually quite old in person. They are also small for the price. Outlets in the room are lacking, especially near the beds. On the positive side, front desk is very friendly and helped with visa questions. Location is very good with parking on site.

location is great. Hotel focus on room design. feel a bit small but modern. expresso machine available free at lobby. service was great. I got allergic to something in bed two nights in a row. nothing happened to my wife. So... maybe just me

Nice size room. Pleasant. Nice view. Has shower door (which some places don't). Good breakfast provided. Only wish there would have been a place to hang clothes for drying.

We arrived 3hrs before check-in time and surprisingly the hotel let us in early without charge. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location in Nimman in Chiang Mai with the friendliest staff. Good size rooms, very clean. Good breakfasts, and they were happy to accommodate our vegan brekkie requirements. Will happily go back.

Very good customer service. The front desk girl named Cheer was super friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location is good in heart of Nimman. The rooms are clean but not so big.

The hotel's location is great, in the middle of Nimman - you can easily take a walk from one place to another. Car park is also available. Overall service is decent. Air conditioning and the fridge was exceptional.
