The room is very clean and it is quiet to relax myself. The owner is really kind and offers me what I need such as hair dryer and tour information. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Chiangmai.

This was, by far, the worst experience I had in Thailand. The owner, Eye, went out of her way to make our stay terrible. I dropped some coffee on the bedsheet. I apologized, and the owner yelled at us, saying she would charge us for a special type of laundry and the whole mattress and bedsheets. Seeing this, we went out of our way to clean the stain ourselves. It was easy to remove. After seeing this, the owner still insisted that we pay for damages. I told her there was no more stain, and she started making excuses to kick us out. She said she didn't like our conversations with her. She kicked us out with 1 hour's notice. I advise against staying here unless you want to make your stay more hectic and risk being kicked out at a moment's notice.

Very good experience staying here. Eye (the owner) was very helpful and gave us many great suggestions on what places to visit/eat etc without trying to sell us anything. The housekeeping staff is very lovely and professional. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Location is central, close to the bars and restaurants in Nimman, but a little tucked away so the noise wasn’t bad. Overall, we had a great time staying at Iroom and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I really recommend this hostel for traveler in Chiang Mai. The staff, Ann is very friendly, kind and enthusiastic. When we checked in, she introduced everything, including food, travel information and tourist attraction to us. If you have any question in terms of Chiang Mai, she always did her best effort to help you. Moreover, the room is very clean and big. You can request water bottles without charge if you need. The decoration of this hostel makes you feel like living at your home, casual, sweet and clean. Last, we really enjoy living in the iRoom in terms of traveling in Chiang Mai.

Just Wow!!! This is great place to stay at Nimmanhaemin Road. Room is clean and very comfortabl. Lady staff (maybe she is owner) is supper freindly. No question why this hotel got very high rating on agoda.
