I
agree
with
many
who
called
this
a
tourist
trap,
which
really
is!
I
was
approached
by
a
red
truck
driver
saying
he
would
take
me
around
to
see
some
of
the
local
sights,
but
instead,
he
drove
me
straight
here
and
to
all
of
the
other
places
(umbrella,
leather,
silk
factories).
As
soon
as
you
get
there,
they
communicate
in
Thai,
bring
a
sales
person
and
take
you
directly
to
start
pushing
for
sales.
All
the
employees
look
like
slaves,
like
they
are
fake-working
on
the
workshop.
The
prices
are
exorbitant!
Absolutely
ridiculous
for
Thailand!
Then
they
use
the
sales
pitch
that
whatever
they
are
charging
"they
can
guarantee
that
it
is
a
lot
cheaper
than
our
home
country",
like
what??
If
we
are
here
visiting,
why
not
be
fair
and
honest
and
charge
the
price
for
locals,
but
now..
it
has
to
be
a
way
to
trap
tourists!
Don't
waste
your
time!
And,
if
any
Tuk
Tuk
or
red
truck
driver
offers
to
take
you
somewhere,
RUN!
It's
a
total
SCAM!
