My husband attended the Silversmith course and enjoyed it, making 4 silver rings and a pendant. When we return to Chaing Mai, he is going to do more days with them.

Excellent service from the team at Nova. I gave them a white gold band that I no longer wear and they created two new rings for me and my partner. They also resurrected a worn and dull looking silver and gold Tiffany bracelet. It now looks like new. Their range of contemporary jewellery is very chic and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for gorgeous things.

Our experience with Nova Collection Jewelry was perfect! My partner worked with Chai to create this beautiful custom engagement ring with Blue Topaz and Diamonds + an engraving to make it all the more special. I had a wonderful experience working with Thien at Nova Collection for a beautiful custom engagement ring. Thien was extremely helpful throughout the entire process explaining all of the details and processes. I gave them a couple pictures of ideas I had and they came back with an amazing design with plenty of options of diamonds and rings to choose from. I was even provided the GIA report and the diamond was tested in front of me when I came to pick it up. Did a 5 day beginner course with Nagoom as my instructor. I loved every moment. Nagoom was very skillful in in providing enough info and examples to set me on a task. He knew when to intervene and was always patient. I left with 3 top quality rings in 3 different settings and a pendant. He ensured i was a success!!..thank you Nagoom.

I had a workshop and made me a silver ring. You make it from the beginning. The "master, teacher" is very professional and friendly. The whole takes about 5 hours and costs 2000 Bath + a bit for the silver measured in grams. Really nice to do and my ring is unique....

We chose to make custom rings here with the workshop. For a basic design it’s pretty okay (like twisted wires) but a more complex design was not possible according to the instructor because they didn’t have the right tools. So you can pretty much only make a basic straight ring or twisted wire ring. That made the experience fun, but the end result very basic and a bit disappointing.

I was in a trip with my girlfriend. Decided to propose so i was looking for a reliable place. I found this place and the service was amazing. Suuuuper professional team to take care of your ring needs. They made me a tailor made ring from a stone and ring i saw in the store, very fast, very accurate. You can count on these people for sure. BTW she said yes!!

We had a two day class, and it was absolutely amazing! Would love to do it again, the jewelry I made came out stunning! Would do it again if it wasn’t so expensive (will come again, when I have more money ;) )

Best jewelry crafting class I’ve had! The teacher was the kindest most patient person ever, and extremely skilled. We never felt rushed or that he was getting tired by one of our many requests. He really helped us make the silver rings we had envisioned and was thinking along how we could even get a better result. I’ve had classes before at other places where they really limit you in what you can make, or you do not get to do all of the steps yourself. But he gave really clear instructions and you were allowed to do all the steps. Loved the class thank you so much!

If you want something out of the ordinary, creative or custom made and at excellent quality, do look in, it is worth it. I enjoy just looking at some of the designs, they are really along my line and I have been in jewellery business a long time. I have also had several pieces custom made and was happy with results. And yes , quality has a price. Isn't that so everywhere?

Let me begin with that all the other 5 star ratings are 100% accurate and you won't be disappointed if you are looking for a unique and special piece of jewelry. Because I have a form of Parkinson's disease, they created a special clasp for my bracelets, making it easier for me to put them on and take them off. I get a bit embarrassed at times with my 'tremors' but Khun M made me feel right at home and truly wanted to help with designing this special feature. I can honestly say there was genuine concern with Khun M and Khun Thien about my needs, wanting to help, that went way beyond of just making a sale. Can't say enough about their professionalism, care to their customers while creating an inviting friendly environment. As it was my birthday, I splurged with also purchasing a unique gold ring interwoven with sterling silver. Quite modernly elegant! I am a repeat customer and am incredibly happy with my new purchases.

Have a loop broken off. Needs repair. The gentleman was informative. It was nice that he spoke English and understand it well. He did not over sell. Suggested melting the old piece. The next day we brought the broken piece. He saw it and suggested a different way. Because the piece had a nice design. It took one day to fix. And we love it. It looks stronger. He had it laser in. Yes, will come back to them for jewelry repair.

We purchased our wedding rings at Nova in 1992. Mine was the second ring I had purchased there, and I love the design of Nova's jewellery. Through much wear and tear and drumming abuse my ring needed repair, and Thien came up with a solution. When my ring was lost in the mail en route back to Thailand, Thien came to the rescue and helped with the purchase of my new beautiful ring. It came quickly, and I love it! Nova offers beautiful jewellery and terrific customer service.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! They helped me pick out and custom make a specific design and stone combination that I liked for my girlfriend (sterling silver ring with blue topaz stone). They size sized her and it came out perfect. The custom ring took 3 days to make so thankfully I was in Chiang Mai enough time to pick it up. They offered to meet me at the airport if they were running late on making it but thankfully it was done early as I was crunched for time at the end. Reasonable price!

I had a two day class on how to make a ring. I went there on the recommendation of a friend, because the class has been around for many years and the teacher Mr. Nugoon should do very well. What can I say, I was thrilled. Mr. Nugoon took care attentively and comprehensively. He has a good sense of the skills you bring and explains and helps exactly as much as it is needed. I can only recommend this workshop!
