It feels good just to watch the lady mixing all the sauce and spice into a mug with flavourful broth, then pour it into lightly boiled noodles and then top with different topping. A lot of places especially those busy ones they tend to pre-fill massive amount of bowls then just pour the soup into them and serve. But here, every single bowl of noodle is prepared individually using the most fresh ingredients and served hot. The best thing about this place is the food is surprisingly cheap. I ordered 2 bowls(I had to, after the first bowl) and they only costed me 70 baht while most of the place would be 80~100. So basically you are getting the best food for the cheapest price. p.s.
