We
walked
out
and
I'm
leaving
a
review
as
I
wish
some
reviewers
had
told
me
what
I
know
now.
Handed
an
ipad
with
pictures
but
no
prices
when
we
arrived,
bit
strange
so
asked
for
a
menu
and
when
it
arrived,
literally
half
the
dishes
didn't
have
a
price.
Was
told
this
is
because
they
charge
by
weight,
which
would
be
natural
for
whole
fish,
king
prawns
etc
but
this
was
for
beef
and
salmon
ground
or
chopped
into
stir
fry
and
pasta
dishes
(see
all
the
pictures).
No
idea
why
the
management
can't
choose
an
amount
to
put
in
and
give
it
a
price
like,
well,
every
other
restaurant
I've
ever
been
to.
Things
got
even
more
bizarre
when
we
tried
to
order
some
regular
Thai
dishes
that
actually
had
a
price,
as
the
owner
interrupted
us
to
ask
if
we
were
going
to
share
(of
course
we
were,
it's
Thai
food).
She
then
said
that
shared
dishes
would
be
upsized
and
there
would
be
an
extra
charge,
but
these
charges
were
also
not
on
the
menu!
So
we
had
to
ask
about
dishes
and
she
just
pulled
extra
charges
out
of
the
air,
e.g
chicken
cashew
nuts
was
160
on
the
menu
(little
bit
pricey)
but
if
we
shared
we
were
told
it
would
be
210
(very
pricey).
I
asked
if
it
was
really
necessary
(I've
always
shared
Thai
dishes)
and
was
told
that
it
was
because
the
prices
on
the
menu
were
actually
for
'small'
and
these
invisible
prices
would
be
for
'medium'
anyway.
So
it
all
got
very
uncomfortable
as
we
discussed
what
small
really
meant
and
if
we
wanted
to
go
through
the
whole
menu
finding
out
what
the
extra
charges
for
the
priced
dishes
were,
then
go
through
all
the
unpriced
dishes
and
try
to
get
a
ballpark
figure
for
them,
all
while
the
owner
hovered
over
us
and
asked
if
we
were
tourists
(we're
not,
but
suddenly
felt
like
we
were).
I've
never
been
in
a
restaurant
where
half
the
dishes
are
unpriced,
where
you're
charged
by
weight
for
regular
dishes,
or
where
if
you
want
something
other
than
'small'
then
basically
the
entire
menu
is
unpriced.
If
you're
happy
to
order
blind
and
pay
through
the
nose
then
fine,
but
be
aware
of
how
they
do
things.
I
don't
think
it's
a
nice
way
to
run
a
restaurant
and
it
wasn't
a
pleasant
experience
for
us.
