With the big garden, the location near river, this cafe becomes popular for tourists (including me). I recommend to come here for desserts especially pancake, cake or refreshment. Some garden outside is lovely for your social post.

Beautiful place inside and outside! Good service. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly. Deserts/drinks look promising in the menu pictures. They might be good. However, the white chocolate drink barely had a taste of white chocolate and certainly did not contain chocolate as depicted. Its consistency was of milk in a medium sized glass decorated with a beautiful little flower. Finally, this is the first cafe that charged me 3% for a creditcard payment (Mastercard). With 550 bath for a vegetarian pizza and glass of milk, asking another 17 Bath is greedy. Go figure… it left a stronger after-taste than the milk.

Extremely over rated. The food was not great at all. Pricey for tiny portions, looks nothing like the menu pictures. We ordered the margarita pizza which came burnt and a tuna melt which was a tiny square of bread with a little tuna and cheese melted. Was a real let down considering the price :(

Recommended to come here if you have extra time. Very chill and nice location which is just beside the river and a park. The building itself looks like an abandoned castle but inside is really beautiful. You will feel like sitting at some kind of European house beside the river especially during December, when the weather is cold. Come in the late afternoon so you can enjoy the sunset by the river. Food was great, ordered their signature coffee and a salad. Reasonable price with reasonable portions.

Another place that I could not have stopped myself from falling in love. It’s probably my second time, I guess. What’s different from initial visit was the increased surge of customers due to merrily long weekend. Lucky for us that we got the table, though the outdoor one, suddenly right after stepping in this eatery without prior reservation. Pizza was so delicious and went along very well my iced caramel macchiato. Other dishes like deep fried salad and the signature grilled pork just literally made our happy day. FYI, they didn’t join the government’s เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน project, and only received cash or money transfer.

Overrated place. The popular lemon tart was sad, so thick and tough tart flour. The staff was confusing, didn't try to take our order at first. The drinks were so-so, compared to the price we paid.

- Extra charge for using Credit Card Decided to go here reading the reviews but rather disappointed. Food was alright, nothing special that you want to put it in your bucket list. Khraphao was ok, spaghetti was ok, only Garlic Bread was good, and drinks were average. Although people are nice, the service was just ok. You have to wait for someone to come, or get up and walk to them if you need anything. They are not around you if you are sitting in the air-conditioning zone. SUGGESTION - if you see a customer driving from Bangkok all the way to your restaurant, make sure to NOT CHARGE EXTRA ON THE CREDIT CARD. The bill was around 1800+ baht and putting extra charge on the credit card was a shameful move. This is why businesses like these don't often get returning customers. How you do business shows how you care for customers. I had this place in my RANDOM CHIANG RAI PLACES on google maps, but removed it. Disappointed

A gem in ChR with great atmosphere, particularly on the outside terrace for sunset. Extensive menue from breakfast to dinner. I found the green chicken curry very convincing (tender bites, not drowning in coconut milk). When leaving, I was asked to write a comment, so: customer opinion is valued. That's very rare. My only recommendation: improving English language skills among the staff. Some are professional, some still struggling to interact with a foreign guest. Thank you for hospitality 🙂

Love this place. Cafe and restaurant with large selection of food and dessert; coffee ; tea ; cocktail drinks . It's all day dining. The place is European garden inspired and located next to the river . Nice view so it's worth a visit. Bit pricey but it is worth it.

The atmosphere is great, cool and pleasant. The food taste is delicious especially western & fusion and reasonable. However, the dessert signature is under expectation (not to say delicious coz everything mix together) and not reasonable for cost & money (overpriced for 950baht). Also, a soft drink of coke zero is cost 80baht per can!!

Overrated. Overpriced. Slow service, many people come here just to take photos. Surely you can find cheaper places with more flavorful taste. Would probably recommend trying it once, just to know.

Beautiful serene setting on the river, great views, sat outside on deck for lunch. Best beef burger I've had in Thailand. Three thumbs up.

The setting is just amazing. So first part is so cute and the back is really serein just by the water and you have a shortcut to the waterfront walk. Really nice terrace and good mocktails and cocktails. The snacks where fine but we should have ate elsewhere. We would definitely recommend it for the scenery.

Love this place!! Ambience: 5 stars Food: 4 stars Drinks: 5 stars A nice cozy place to hang out in the afternoon after a long day tour round the city, under the scorching sun & hazy weather. Good range of desert and drinks to cool you down. What’s more, you can play with the cute furry friend here. A note on the food: deserts are good, local thai food are kinda fusion but quite tasty. Drinks are absolutely fantastic! Try their espresso matcha latte with red bean without sugar. Love it.

The location is wonderful, very nice outdoor dining with a peaceful atmosphere and pleasant river view. Service and food quality are fine. What I really disliked, hence the score, was the price and quality of the drinks. I had a “heavenly orchard” drink, supposedly orange mango mint. But it was just a flavored sugary syrup with 2 tiny mint leaves. I don’t really mind - except that it costs 110 baht! You’d expect fresh juice for that kind of price, not a cheap sweet syrup. That’s called greed to me…

This is a nice restaurant facility and location. The outdoor seating is wonderful. The food was quite disappointing. The “American” style dishes are off the mark, the Thai inspired dishes lack a complex flavor profile I expect in Thailand. And I’m sure the the corn/carrots/peas were ether frozen or from a can. The “pizza” was absolutely horrible and I believe it was from a frozen pizza.

Good dessert and drinks. The location is beautiful next to Kok river and decorated with English garden style. I would recommended everyone to go about 4-5 pm to see awesome view woth sunset light shining ove the river. But this place will be closed at 7 pm.

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast nestled in the jungle on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. A true highlight that won our hearts and were sad we only discovered on our last day. Overlooking the beautiful river, Melt In Your Mouth has something on the menu for any desire or craving - salty, sweet, adventurous, classic. I had the Green Tea Red Bean honey toast which was a divine dance of flavours and the Marco Polo tea all the way from Paris!! The lovely people that were working were so helpful, attentive and kind, creating a relaxed, peaceful pocket of heaven (especially paired with the western pop turned classical jazz remixes making even the many trees dance) Thankyou for sharing your home with us!! Nice and cozy cafe by the river. Many seats both in/outdoor to enjoy the view and nice decoration. They serve main dishes, a lot of desserts, and many drinks. The coffee here is just ... ok in my opinion.

I love luxurious British style interior, and cafe is surrounded by trees and rivers so makes you feel like you are in the woods. 2nd floor was closed due to Covid. Among every food, I liked the pork steak the most.

I just randomly found this place when arrived at Chiangrai Airport, but the experience was quite amazing. This cafe is located near by the river, but it’s not easy to find when driving. They have quite a huge parking lot so no need to worry about. They have a huge menu for eating & drinking. We ordered some coffee and dessert. Highly recommend the Durian cake which has fresh durian on the top, it’s really good. The price is similar with Bangkok, but I love the garden view and the atmosphere, which is relaxing and chill.
