We had a splendid diner in a great environment, romantic view over the river, the portions are bigger as usual. The fried fish northern style was the best ever, made in delicious herbs and served ready to eat. The Thai dessert was at first sight simple but omg this was so mouthwatering we could order a second one. The service was excellent, fast and efficient

1. We ordered spaghetti with chili and crispy bacon so It's supposed to be crispy bacon but it was served with pork instead 2. Pizza dough was not cooked well 3. Even fried rice was not delicious. I can say it was tasteless 4. Missed 01 menu even they summarized the order already 5. There are many many menus running out. We came here around 4 pm while the restaurant close at 10 pm

Great location and a really good drinks menu. You can also order food here from the large chinese/Thai restaurant next door. A little bit on the pricey side if you’re not careful.

I Like The De Lanna Riverfront Cafe. The Food There Was Very Delicious And Tasty Including The Tom Yam Soup And Many Thai Dishes So That The Tourists Can Go To Chiang Rai Eat.

Nice food, good music, affordable price and very clean toilet. We can enjoy our food at the riverside. Tom Yam Seafood soup is the best!

We came here twice! The pineapple fried rice was superb! The view of the river and ambience in the glasshouse makes dining a relaxing affair.

I have yet to try the restaurant section but the cafe is really great. They have little dogs that you can pet if you want and they are friendly. Lovely view of the river but beware that there are a lot of mosquitos here so make sure to bring spray. I have been a few and it's always nice to be there.

A beautiful place by the river. Food was amazing and the scenes were terrific!

Absolutely disgusting food and service. We waited for our meal for 45 minutes. Ordered pork neck and received pork belly instead. The taste was nasty. The lights went off while we were there, and our meal was surrounded by insects. The manager of this place didn’t apologise for anything we had survived. Please try to avoid this place. It’s not worth going there.

Poor service, bad food, overpriced. We waited for 40 mins to get served with the appetizer, our beer already went flat, waitresses always running somewhere then it was black out for 30 mins, we have to use flashlight from our phone, they came and tried to lit candles but without any apologies. Very disappointed, would not recommend anyone to dine here.

The location is very nice, right next to the river. We sat at the cafe side, not the restaurant itself. But we were with a group of 7 so we did not mind to sit separately. Communication didn’t go too well in English. Even with someone in our group speaking Thai (native), there were some misunderstandings. In the end everyone got the right dish and drink and the taste and presentation was absolutely perfect. But at 20:30, when we wanted to order dessert, they said they were closing, we received the bill and they made it clear it was time to leave. So we did not feel very welcome, which is such a shame if you have great food and a great location.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at De Lana Riverfront Restaurant in Chiang Rai and I'm so glad I did! The restaurant is beautifully located right on the banks of the Mae Kok River, making the view absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I had no problem getting seated right away. The service was outstanding! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience

1 staff ignored us 2 beer came into a teapot even though its legal to drink again resulting in stale beer 3 food is OVERPRICED and SMALL 4 food came after 1 hour 5 staff just dropped it on the end of our table 6 staff forgot our food 7 when we asked where our food was they saidnit would take another hour. No idea why it was this bad, it looks like a nice place but its overpriced and bad staff and no style. Dont go!

I live in Chiang Rai, and I've never experienced such an unfriendly restaurant. The staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else, and even though we were the only customers, it seemed like they wished we were somewhere else too! Lovely setting and the food was ok, but the restaurant itself is a terrible reflection on North Thai hospitality.

Gorgeous restaurant right on the river with lovely views! I had the mussaman curry which was delicious as were the Thai spring rolls 😋
