I had the BBQ chicken burger. It was quite good. The prices are great as well. Pretty chill little burger joint not far from the center of Chiang Rai. It’s worth stopping in if you’re craving something heavier and Western. Update: The breakfast items are also quite good as well. I really enjoyed the poached eggs on avocado toast. They served them with alfalfa and reduced balsamic. Really tasty!

The place is comfortable and relaxed, the staff are friendly and the food is amazing! They have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu with so many delicious sounding options. We had the veggie burger with a side of Mac n cheese and the spinach and mushroom pizza. Both were great. Highly recommend the fries, which have grated parmesan on them for extra flavour. We'll be back before we leave Chiang Rai.

They have a completely separate menu with vegetarian and vegan options! We ordered 3 vegan burgers and they all were fantastic! Best vegan burgers I have ever tried! I would completely recommend this to anyone. Price is very affordable :)

Got take away 160 g beef burger Did not expect a beautiful decorated burger Over all taste was fine personally ( I am not a big fan of Beef , pork oriented indeed ) would prefer to have a stronger beer flavor The burger that I have got . It’s burger was oily and it leaked to wrap and soaked bun ( bottom piece ) . Any way Bun was amazing ! And looking forward to try burger at restaurant !! Defiantly will try other menu as well and recommend burger explorer to experience at Heaven Burger ps tomato sauce that comes with chips has hidden sweet taste

If you’re just looking for a great burger menu, this place is 5 star all the way. But if you’re looking for a more holistic experience (atmosphere, service, location, etc) probably a 3.5 - 4 ⭐️. Highly recommend visiting here at least once on your travels through chiang Mai if you need some “western comfort food”.

Cheap acceptable food. When we entered the shop during dinner time, it was completely empty, when we left shortly before closing time, it was packed. We ordered a cheeseburger with 150g beef (179THB) and a Caesar salad (149THB). The burger was stacked very high and very difficult to eat. The bread was fried in butter in the inside, which was very nice, but it was also very dry. The plastic wrapped buns at the counter made me suspicious, but at least they looked handmade. The beef was a bit dry as well and had not much flavor. The fried potatoes that came with it were very dark and tasted like old oil. The Cesar salad was alright, they even used Romana salad. The dressing was soso, had not much to do with Cesar dressing. I wanted to give 3.5 stars, since it was cheap and not terrible, but it was closer to 3 than to 4.

Great little burger place with nice atmosphere. I gave the food 4 stars as my veggie burger wasn't the tastiest. Needs more seasoning and additional ingredients. My boyfriends classic burger looked and apparently tasted really good. The chips were tasty and homemade and the garlic bread was quite nice too. I wanted to know if the soda was one of those Italian sodas using bottle water but the waitress didn't understand even with translate app. Settled for a sprite instead. I'd try again but with a different burger option. Was a nice break from Thai food for the night. Staff were very polite.

They also have salad and appetizers. They have amazing drinks too. The presentation of the drink is undoubtedly pretty. Drink starts at 49 Baht. Smoothies 60-70Baht. They also serve beer. The service is not the fastest but good food need times so be patient.

Heaven Burger, Heavenly Delicious. I was blown away by the quality of the burgers from presentation, taste and the chillax ambience😄 ordered a Charcoal Bun Grilled Pork Burger with Fries (look more like wedges thou..) I dissect and ate the entire burger from a top down manner and every part of the burger is tasty and well cooked (patty is still quite juicy) personnally i would prefer it to be abit charred like a smashed burger. The best part is their fries its hard to find good fries in thailand unless you are paying 500baht and up for a burger set🤣. Golden Crisps on the outside with a soft fluffy inside😛 well done 2 stage cooking👍👍. Come, try and live the moment like an Angel😇 - Feeling Blessed

Great burgers option and generally a cozy diner. They serve free cold water and infused oranges which is just perfect for the hot day. Price is decent for the portion especially considering the location and it's rival. Parking is hard to come by unless you willing to pay for those specific car parks. The beef burger is great while chicken burger is good. Lots of sauces available which I appreciate!

Great burger joint. Had the chicken thigh BBQ burger which was amazing. The only thing that could be improved is by providing more chips.

Throughly enjoyed my veggie burger! My partner said his meat burger was okay. Staff are lovely but this place got so packed and they could hardly keep up with people coming in and clearing tables for new people to come in! Definitely a good sign 🍔👍🏻

First of all, delicious burger, great flavour, patty cooker perfectly, likely homemade caramelised onions. I had mine with salad which was fresh and dressing delicious. Secondly, there are a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. So this restaurant caters for all. Lastly, it has been really nice sitting inside in the air condition. Listening to the relaxing music with a 180 drgree view on the street, watching the world go by. Krahh !

I have ordered take out from Heaven Burger many times but this was my first time dining in. It was an awesome experience! Jane the waitress greeted us with a smile and excellent service. She patiently explained several items on their expansive menu! The Jalepeno and Mac & Cheese cheeseburgers were amazing. Since it was July 4th we also had the New York style hot that did not disappoint. There is something for everyone! Beef, pork, chicken and veggie burgers. Also they have awesome milkshakes and deserts.

Having eaten a fair bit of Northern Thai food on this journey, my friend and I decided to inject some variation into our diet and try Heaven Burger. True to their name, the burgers here were indeed heavenly. The food was delicious and well-presented. The staff were polite and able to make good recommendations, which was how I made my choice of the mango smoothie eventually. Burger hack: try the charcoal burger if you drop by. It looks and tastes good.

I just ate here, and believe me, you don’t need to have a burger for the food to be heavenly! The avocado chicken sandwich was outstanding, one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. And the fries were exceptional as well! Bless them, I’d actually ordered salad with the sandwich, so when it arrived with fries, without thinking I said, “oh, I ordered salad, but it’s OK.” A few minutes later, they ALSO brought a small salad! And apologized at least four times. (The fries were delicious and really, it was OK.) They boxed up the salad and it will be my dinner. The avocado was piled so high on my sandwich, it was falling off, and the chicken was grilled perfectly. Plus, they carry Brothers Cider (English) which was excellent too. Just a great meal with great service, you won’t go wrong here! Highly recommend. Edit: I’m coming in again because I returned the next day for an avocado and mushroom sandwich, fries and the best mango shake I’ve had in SE Asia! (You can get it made either yogurt!) Just look at these photos! The young women running this place know what they are doing, kudos to the chef!! Fantastic again!

Pretty decent burgers, really surprised by the plant based meat patty which was delicious. The burgers are big in size and come with side of fries or salad. Charcoal bun was a little bit dry but the sauce on the burger definitely made it better.

Good options for vegans on the menu. They have a separate vegan and vegetarian menu so order from that if you're particular. They even have vegan buns which is a nice touch. On request I also got vegan mayo which was provided in generous amounts. Burgers come with either fries or salad.

Super friendly owner. When we were first time in Chiang Rai she delivered food to our hotel in the evening. So kind. So we went back this year and the food was again excellent. Delicious homemade fries with truffle mayonnaise 🙄😇😋 veg burger 🍔 and bagel 🥯 all really heavenly 😎😇 coffee and juice also great. Excellent choice for vegetarians 🥑 🌱 ❤️🇹🇭🙏🏻 highly recommended.

Ordered the large cheese burger, menu says caramelized onions. It looks good except when you bite into it. No taste at all. The beef is not seasoned, no salt nothing, onions raw. he Had to add salt and pepper. A bit disappointed.

Amazing burgers ! If you have problems with dairy food, there is an amazing option to take vegan ban (which was very good!) With your burger, and then they also use vegan butter. My boyfriend ate burger with different kinds of cheese, the bun was with onion and cheese and he really enjoyed it !! All of their buns are home-made and you really feel the difference!! Highly recommended!!

A really nice pork burger that was the perfect size to eat in the traditional manner one eats a burger. Also appreciated was the big bottle of free water and the 20 baht Coke Zero.
