    - Large variety of local foods offered at great price. - Highly recommended if visiting Chiang Ria during weekend. - The place is not too overcrowded with tourist and offers more local vibe. - Roadside Parking space is also available around the area.

Great place a lot of local good food, you can find anything. Clothing, souvenirs, Drinks, food, it gets quite crowded on Saturday evenings, there were 2 stages with love music, loved it. Behind there is an interesting flower park which looks amazing.

I like the place. It is suprising me that they have big garden around and flower festival as well mini concert. I wish I went there for two nights or three. Many options to choose and the food seems so yummy

The biggest, busiest and best Saturday market I have seen in Thailand so far! They offer food for every pallet, from local flavours and fruit to sushi and takoyaki. The souvenirs here are even cheaper from the Night Market! Visit early because it can be really crowded!

Chaingrai Walking Street, or Jed Yod Road, is held every Saturday on Thanaalai Sutthasai Road in the heart of Chiang Rai. This pedestrian street is bustling with a wide array of handmade products, home decor, local goods, and souvenirs stretched out for sale. What sets it apart is the designated space for tourists to join traditional dances, featuring elderly individuals dancing, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere. The street comes alive from 16:00 to 24:00, exclusively on Saturdays.

Pack full of life, food and STUFF We went on a Saturday and there was so many local people there. They had music and dancing also going on. We loved it and they sold anything you could possibly want … even saw some things I didn’t know I wanted like massage stations where you could get any type of massage

The best best best place for food in the evening! I had the most amazing coconut smoothie and unique fish maw soup. You can find the park with fairy lights and flower arrangements right next to it and walk around the area, super nice!

A very busy walking street, Lots of stalls with people selling everything. A big eating area. I think that it's only a Saturday night thing. Be sure to visit as it is well worth it for the food and seeing a good market 3btraveler

At the time I'm here, there is a flower event. It was a very beautiful view to walk around looking at beautiful flowers and have some local food here.

I really enjoyed this market as it seemed to cater for Thai people rather than hoards of tourists from overseas.

Too much and too long. It's great in the beginning and then you realize it's hours of the exact same thing. Vendors are kind and food is good. It doesn't need to be so big though.

The biggest Walking street I have ever been to. This place is a vibe, local to international food, handmade products, really affordable to buy things. You will almost get everything that you want here. Full with international tourist. A must visit if you are in Chiang Rai

The walking street is a walking street with a lot of shops. Quite nice. What we very like is the dance place. You have to try it once. Even if you can't dance, try it, it's funny. Nice ambience.

It's fun to walk from end to end and then go back where you started. Only available on weekends and if you happen to be around Chiang Rai city center, do drop by. Lots of different stalls that offer variety of choices - from household items, clothes, toys, local snacks, other food and drinks, bags, shoes, accessories - you name it, they might have it. Items are also fairly priced. There's also a section where you can listen to some good music and watch performances. Not as enormous as Chiang Mai's weekend night market but still fun to go around. There's an entry way from the golden clock tower so you could start from there if you're staying nearby. As this weekend night market is a long stretch, there are various entry areas (near the clock tower is just one of the entry/exit areas). Have fun shopping! 😊

The best night market we visited in Thailand! So often in Thailand, night markets are just tourist traps, but this HUGE Saturday walking street has a great local feel and big selection of food/other goods. Don't miss the entertainment up on the stage, where everyone joins in doing a dance in unison!

You should enjoy by walking to the street market. Please do some bargain during shopping

Very nice, some performans by dancers that you could join, lots of food stalls. Fun place. Obe point less because most of the food was precooked and a fresh from the pan tastes a bit better.

Accidentally found this place in the evening. Really nice place to see. There was some sort of beauty contest going on. Couldn't help but take pictures

As good as the walking street in Chiang Mai. Plus live music and a lot of local people dancing. Really enjoy it

My weekly escapade. It's what Chiang Rai looks forward to. Considering there isn't much in terms of events here this is essentially what you get to do on a Saturday. The town center amphitheater has some local music and dancing which is really fun to see (I'm too Indian to really have any rhythm to join in). Their is lots and lots and lots of food to find. From pad Thai to samoosas and grilled skewers, chicken pops and fresh fruit and cricket snacks to wet the appetite. Thise ice colas are a weekly binge 1 on the way up the market and 1 to take back home (20baht each but coca cola should investigate how they serve it, in my eyes it's now the only way to have a cola)

New walking street experience during covid era✨ Me & my fam basically bought food & step aside to the back of the shop(where theres noone else) & took off our masks to enjoy the food πŸ˜‚ Ate a ton of food & beverages. Overall a good experience. Minus one star bc theres limited variety of goods.

Great food and not very crowded. We had hot pot appetizers and beverages all for under $12 USD.
