Great waterfall, though be CAREFUL regarding location. The left road is possible only with a guide through the jungle. The right road is the correct one!!!

Went to the waterfall today and weren't expecting much when it came to water. But for the dry season, the waterfall still had plenty of water to offer. The path to the lower waterfall is somewhat easier than the path to the upper one, although both are not without effort. You can park at Waterfall Coffee or on the left when you pass the barrier. Then just follow the path and the sound of the water. It's not very far, the way there is captured on video. If you want to go higher, it's worth it, you have to make an extra effort and follow the path to the top. In the cafe you can treat yourself to a cold drink, relax and make some sales, you will be thanked for it.

Not just one waterfall but a series of waterfalls. About a 45 minute scooty trip from town leads you to this place. Beware of Google maps just as you approach the place continue straight and don't take the left turn. Someone else mentioned it here and they are right. Walking in the thick of the jungle for a great experience. You can continue up even higher above the waterfall and around through the villages with the assistance of maps me. Well worth it. Swimming/dipping possible. Probably the best waterfall experience in chiang Rai area.

Nice, steep and short hike through the bamboo forest. At the parking lot there is a small snack bar with very tasty coconuts.

A beautiful waterfall with two levels, beautiful, peaceful, shady. Park your car at the Falling Water coffee shop (don't be fooled, Google will take you through a coffee plantation, you need a 4x4). Walk up only 350 m. to the top, you can circle through the Akha village and return. Parking available

A lovely waterfall with a nice trail up. There are 2 good waterfall spots you can see. Then walk down to another village.

Google sends you the wrong way ! You have to continue the road a little bit furter and pass the campsite, then it is on your left side. It’s a nice waterfall! Not so crowded and I saw some people swim :)

Two really nice waterfalls. There is a nice trail leading to the first waterfall. Once you reached there, another steep trail on your left will lead you to the second waterfall which is as beautiful as the first one. It seemed less crowded than other waterfalls around Chiang Rai. FREE Entrance.

Lovely waterfalls, short and good trails although perhaps a bit difficult if the hiker has limited mobility. The roads are pretty wet and muddy from all the recent rains. There were a few folks there and it was Sunday early afternoon. I took my scooter on this trip and drove slowly and enjoyed the drive and the excellent and beautiful landscape.

Beautiful drive, and even more beautiful waterfall. Well worth it.

The waterfall is pretty far but àwsome. There is no indication in the maps but you can hire a bike and go there before it gets dark. If possible bring extra clothes and try to go with another person. Since it's far I suggest not to go there alone.

A simple yet slippery 1km hike through the jungle reveals this tranquil waterfall. Escape the crowds and the heat with a chilling dip into your own private pool. Cross the bamboo bridge and continue down the path to loop back to the road via an Akha village. Unreachable for those without a scooter, car or patience for hitchhiking. There are both homestays and a camp site in the tiny villages leading up to the trail.

A great hike up to the waterfall that provides a place for a picnic! Directions via Google maps is correct

Stunning, even in the dry season when I visited. Make sure you keep climbing after coming to the first big waterfall as there is another a little higher although the climb is a little harder going bit does only take a couple of minutes. As a previous post says, as you enter the tea area and google tells you to take the left hand dirt track, ignore it and keep going, in 20 seconds you will arrive at the free car park.

It’s not drivable in a car so we walked for 30 minutes on a dangerous, steep, rocky, muddy path only to find the path to the waterfall was overgrown and impassable.

Great multi-tiered waterfall with the opportunity to refresh yourself in the water. Sturdy shoes recommended. Toilet in the parking lot, but no toilet paper. Snack bar has delicious drinks and home-grown grass for sale.

Nothing special. Tiny waterfall which you can't swim in. Lots of mosquitos. Only good thing is the scenery on the way there.

Fascinating spot. The path going up to the waterfall in the forrest is also a very nice walk.

The path from Khun Kon Waterfall to here is not suitable for a low car (ie Toyota Vios).
