Beautiful flower festival. Lots of good spots for taking photos. The landscape design is aesthetic. Flowers: there are variety of flowers including tulips, daisies, hydrangea, etc. They are so beautiful. Fee: it's free!! Best time to visit: right at it opens at 7 am. Not so crowded and good lighting for photos

Some call this Muang Chiang Rai Park, city park, flower garden. Nice on Saturday night. Have a walk on walking street then end here for a rest. Best is in the winter time. Flower festival and live performance by Thai pop star singer here. Free entrance for everyone. Next to the park is a huge lot of nice street foods. Almost every Saturday night folk song are play here, old timer (Local folk) dance here. It is a form of exercise for old folk. All are welcome to joint in at anytime. Great fun for kids too. Come by to made the park more lively and enjoyable by everyone. Great for photographic early in the misty morning and sunset.

When this park has it's flower display open, it is phenomenal. Gret picture opportunity at any time of the day, and the park is always open to walk around at any time. It is very majestic to hear the sound of the birds, along with the aesthetic of the colorful flower arrangements!!

In January a flower festival (free entrance) takes place at this park and it is aaaamazing. Go and check it out. A sea of flowers in all colors. I came back because I had to see it a second time. Also there are some options to sit down and just enjoy!

You must see that. Artwork of flowers and sculptures. We rented a scooter (300THB) for a day. (white temple, blue temple, 75-year-old flag and lantern), the post and 2 quiet place for drinks and food. Was very nice and fun

Garden was organized perfectly. Plenty of flowers and plenty of colors. Haven't seen any other garden like it in my entire life. Great place for a evening walk.

very Nice place right in the city center of Chiangrai, a lot of diversity of flowers, even peppers, a lot of people take photos, because they created flower art, very well maintained I recommend it to everyone. In addition, next to it you can eat, there are tables and everything you need.

Clearly not prime time for enjoyment, but when it is all cleaned up and in full bloom and fully planted, I am sure it is all the more enjoyable. Waterfall area is peaceful and shade to be enjoyed.

Great small park in the downtown area of Chiang Rai. Visited the park as part of the Chiang Rai Flower Festival. Although the overall theme here was different from the main event at the Garden of Reeds, the entire park was beautifully filled with a variety of flowers and displays. Definitely worth the visit!

Nice to visit if are are here when the flower Festival is going on, normally the flower Festival begin the last week of December and end in about 4 weeks. There are food and toilet facilities nearby, however it is somewhat difficult to find car parking.

It's ok. Once a year there's a flower festival with street food; some shows and music.
