I had a wonderful stay at Nai Ya Hotel in Chiang Rai! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and serene fish ponds that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, though it would be even better if the food was kept hotter. The only minor downside was the shower height in the rooms, which was far too low. However, this didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. Highly recommend Nai Ya Hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chiang Rai! 🌿✨

Staff speaks perfect English. Great facilities including gym room, conference room and swimming pool. Room is spacious and clean but the towels have frayed edges. They provide toiletries of their own brand and available for sale. There is hairdryer in the room. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous and they change the menu everyday. Would love to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel if you just want bed and breakfast. Big room, very comfortable and huge bed. And very reasonable breakfast buffet. But I did not know before I arrived that it does not sell alcohol of any kind. And there are a very limited number of pool loungers which only get a bit of sun (at least in January) from about 10am until 1pm. So if you want to hang out by the pool with a cocktail, this is NOT the place for you. And at breakfast, only black tea or coffee on offer, no herbal teas available.

The hotel is very nice, first impressions. However, the beds are wooden frames which squeak every time you roll over. So much so, I had a terrible night's sleep due to waking myself up with the noisy bed base. Also very slightly too far out of town compared to other cheaper but more comfortable hotels. Plus point is the gym.

Great hotel. Very clean, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with very comfy bed. Fantastic swimming pool with a swim up to bar! Breakfast was also a very good buffet mix of Thai and western.

Quality price for foreigners, difficult hotel to beat! Of course, there are more reasons this hotel is full! Comfortable beds (and pillows), huge variety for breakfast that changes daily, and a beautiful swimming pool area to enjoy if it is too hot. Walking distance to the street market and very good staff, this boutique hotel is very recommended!

Amazing hotel with an absolutely incredible breakfast ! So much choice, delicious salty (noodles and rice dishes changing everyday) and sweet thai food, a mix of local and continental breakfast, and a very attentive and kind personal. I miss this huge buffet already! The hotel is charming and the room clean and big. The swimming pool looks nice but it was not warm enough to try it. I definitely recommend it. Nb: we booked a Room Double Deluxe
