Very nice locations close to downtown center and entertainment complex. Good atmosphere. Warm and cozy like family friend home. Reasonable price and very good for breakfast.

Amazing place incredible value. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, amazing staff, and breakfast is included. They even have bikes on the property to go for a bike ride any time of day. Thank you very much to the nice lady who helped us book our early morning taxi to the airport:)

The helpful staff, delicious homey cooked breakfasts, and perfectly located accommodations were exactly what I was hoping for! The only reason I didn't give 5 starts for the room is there didn't appear to be hot water in the shower. Although with the heat and humidity, a cool shower felt pretty good! I would definitely recommend!

Very nice and well maintained home stay kind of hotel run by a family. No fuss no frills, calm and quiet place, 2 kms away from Chiang Rai bus station. They have ample space for parking in the opposite side of the property, daily house keeping , neat spacious rooms, breakfast included, breakfast is cooked fresh by the host, apart from juice and beverages, cereals, fruits, bread butter and jam, they serve hot sausages, ham and fritatas. Opposite to the property there's a Buddhist temple. Restaurant are at walking distance so is Chiang Rai Central mall. We used to go there for food, on the first and second floor. The host can arrange for taxis to go anywhere in Chiang Rai Overall a very good place to stay, awesome experience
