Terrible place. The outside part was slightly decent but the room we stayed in was disgusting. It had this disgusting and unwashed rag outside the bathroom and the bathroom has this dead plant. The room smelled like dust and the bed was thin and smelly. The breakfast they offer is just a loaf bread with a jam and and instant coffee with a broken water heater that does not push out the water when you push the button so you have to get another cup, scoop water from inside the water heater and pour it in your cup. The only good thing about this place was that the lady at the reception is slightly helpful and that it is close to the Blue Temple.

This place seems run down, neglected, at least the area with shared bathroom that I stayed in. I don't need a place to be perfect, just clean and functional. The room was okay, sheets clean, nice style with bamboo bed and calling fan. Bathrooms were dirty, could be better. Toilet was blocked, needs some fixing up.

Your staying here for the price and location. Stuff is a little run down, or none existent. For example, the pool table is covered and doesn't seem to be used. Ditto for the bar. The beds are rock hard. However, the price is good. The rooms are cool looking and it is a 20 minute walk to the night market. Don't expect the Hilton at 10 dollars a night and you'll be really happy.

Better than expected after the recent slew of bad reviews . Breakfast at 50 baht toast jam butter and coffee/tea/ovaltime was as expected. Great value honestly - the rooms are big. Very clean and not dusty despite a little aged. Lost one star due to most hard/uncomfortable mattress on the trip, but once again, 250 baht for a king bed is such good value....

Very cute, cool vibes, but SUPER hard beds! Seriously, I'm not a primadonna. I've slept in some pretty sketch places, but these beds were like sleeping on a cement floor. I woke up tired and sore after tossing and turning all night. Also, our first room had a broken air conditioner, and the one we got moved to had a shower that didn't drain. Still good for pictures if you aren't there too long. The balcony, decor, and river view were great.

Very disappointed. Nothing like the photos, they must have been taken years ago. Bed mattress was hard and lumpy. Bathroom wasn't clean. Breakfast was just a loaf of bread and jar of coffee left on the table. Water urn was not hot enough to make coffee. It advertised a laundry service but there was none. Stay somewhere else.

The most dirty place that I've ever been on my life, and Im a traveller and not looking for anything special, only clean and suitable. The toilet was the worse thing on the house. The beds are too old and it's hard to find yourself comfortable in them. It's sad to find places like that. Staff was okay and the place is close to the town.

The guest house is located near the bridge, it's a little off the road but not hard to find using Google Maps. The rooms are dusty, the shared toilets are terrible, but the host speaks fluent English and helpful. There's free breakfast, free pool table and a common area with a TV set. If you're just looking for a cheap quick stay for a night but don't mind any other facilities, then this is a great place for you.

From the outside part it all looks cute. But the place is dirty and filty. We found dust all over the place. the bathroom didnt even have tiles so hygience is 0. bfast toasted bread was ok but the fruit where full of flies before even giving away to customers. Was counting the minutes for 2nights to pass

Very good relation quality/price. If you like quiet, nature (but in town) is your place. Don't take the shared bathroom rooms for a better experience (the price difference is nothing compared with what you get).

We stayed in a riverfront room, which was a good size, clean and nicely decorated. The views to the river were lovely. It is right next to a very busy main road, but when the doors were shut you couldn't really hear it. It does mean that relaxing by the riverfront comes with a lot of traffic noise. Walked from there to town centre - good location. However, we were disappointed because the room was very damp. There was a terrible mould/mildew smell, and our belongings felt damp after 3 nights. For this reason alone we would not recommend staying here. Staff were not available.

The owner is really friendly and helpful. The room is big and comfortable.. I had a great time,,!
