Looks like an expensive department store, but when they have sales or mark down prices you can get things cheaper than even the "discount" stores. And better quality too. I've gotten great deals on name brand shoes, kitchen items, men's accessories, bedding and more.

A very good shopping center in Central Plaza, Chiang Rai. Got everything you need from shoes to kitchen equipment.

i was in robinson denim department on december 16th, the staff was bored, joking, felt totally out of place. I assume no interest in serving the customers. Also, I always find it strange that in an international mall, the staff hardly speaks English and when a foreigner comes, they turn away.

They even have tools 😂

This store has just about everything from cologne perfume, beds, furniture, dishes spoons forks pretty much anything that you may need for your home they have it. This store is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Good place for shopping, the largest shopping mall in Chiangrai.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I just can't get used to the idea of a staff member assigned to each and every Department to help you with anything you need. This is totally unheard of in North America. Very pleasant shopping experience

Great selection but the price reflects this. Definately not a bargain shop. Staff speaks very little english

Beginning to like this Robinson but still not big enough for a city girl like me. This place conjunction with Central ( that's not really Central we known) meaning it's the biggest shopping centre in Chiang Rai .

Good selection of medium to good quality items. Pay attention to the various sales during the year. Can save you some bucks.

service ok.. good Sales.. BUT demand for passport in order to redeem discount points is a crazy demand. This is a problem with "the 1 card"

It is inside the Central Plaza of Chiang Rai. The most thing sell here are fashions, shoes, leathers, cosmetics.

This is the weirdest department store I've ever been too. Every person who works here works for a specific company ie when looking for luggage you speak to 10 different sales people because each sales person works for a different brand. When looking for a pair of socks to buy no one knew where socks were in the store. One clerk even said we don't sell socks lol. We found Nike socks and asked another clerk where other socks might be ... again clueless no other socks in the whole store lol. We found more socks just 2 racks away.

Robinsons are always great for me to get everything I need with good prices.

Small shopping mall , clean and safe 👌

Was nice to sit outside on the terrace with a pizza and a Jasmine tea. Inside it big, clean and airconditoined. Good for leisure shoppers
