The room was amazing. The restaurant was empty. We sat for 40 minutes before someone went to take our order. Everything was ALMOST perfect in the room, but the phones dis not have a cord. Outside, the elevators are not the best. It takes forever to make the buttons to work. Such a beautiful place shouldn't have that issue.

Good value for the price, free validated parking, good location if you don’t want to stay in the city center. One of our rooms did not have hot water.

One of the few places without air fresheners, definitely a plus. Facilities are new and modern, albeit air conditioning barely kept the temperature at 72 in both rooms we stayed at. Breakfast buffet is ok, way more limited than the other Fiesta Inn in Tuxla. Fully recommend it.

Clean, confortable and excellently located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great for the price paid. Parking included. The hotel is on top a shopping plaza and the only access is by elevators which in certain hours delays your in and out of the hotel. Take that in consideration when doing appointments. Other than that is perfect for the price paid.

Very expensive even by London standards. But it seems myself and others got a lot of joy out of treating this place like a rest up short trip from the rest of Mexico. I was only there 24 hours but the hotel and facilities are ideal.

Great service, very nice and helpful hotel stuff. The rooms are clean, spacious with a very nice view. The restaurant offers good food, the breakfast buffet is a must try. Convenient location inside a mall with access to several restaurants, easy transport to the canyon boat ride. Loved our stay here.

The hotel is located in a nice area and close to the TGZ airport. It was the reason we chose this hotel. The building is nice. But the air conditioner was worthless. The hallways or elevators are not cooled it’s an oven. Our room air conditioner never got the room below 23 degrees. It’s was miserable. We did complain. They sent up a maintenance guy. He said the room was so hot it would just take a while to cool. They offered to move our room but wanted to cool another one first. There was no sense of urgency. We complained at 8:30 and the maintenance guy was there by 10PM. We had to leave at 4AM. We just had a miserable night. They did give us one tiny bottle of water to share between the two of us to make things better. If I am ever in Tuxtla again for an early flight I will be staying at the Marriott

I loved the hotel view which looks out to the beautiful chiapas scenery. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food with fast and friendly service, and the room is very beautiful. I am putting four stars only because the floor in my hotel room was a bit sticky and had to ask for it to be cleaned and found some dirt in one of the beds. Other than that, I would definitely reccomend staying here and would come back again.

We stay at the Fiesta Inn Ambar Fashion Mall frequently while travelling in Tuxtla. Always friendly and helpful staff and clean and excellent room conditions. Highly recommend the Fiesta Inn.

Neat, clean and great location! Having a mall at your doorstep saves transportation time and cost.

View is amazing Hospitality was excellent Room furniture is a bet dead. Not inviting Small gym has amazing view Pool is tiny, but again, has good view. Location by a large mall and in the way to Canyon

Nice and comfortable stay. Good value for money and the room and the concierge services were excellent.

Very comfortable and beautiful room. Great views. Very comfortable beds and shower water is chlorinated which is nice. Housekeepers are very attentive to minimal and more that's needed. Free bottled water daily. They even had a few English language channels on the TV.

Rooms are really new and nice but the air conditioning unit sounds like a jet engine
