I am a loyal Target customer, like who’s not?? But this store needs to do better with having cashiers available. Every time I shop here I have to wait in extremely long lines just to check out, and to only have 1 or 2 self checkout registers is insane…

Great costumer service at the check out line. Store is kept nice and clean. Selection is good and they are well stocked with basic items.

I went to guest service to make a return the young girl scanned my receipt and said she was getting a message she had never seen before so I asked her to get a manager so they could proceed with my return she proceeded to throw her hands up in my face and say calm down I know what I’m doing and then stand there a few more mins before calling for a manager and eventually walking off to get one. My tone was not rude or anything but her response definitely was. She returned with a manager named Tiffany who didn’t even “greet the customer “ ( me )she only spoke to her employee acting as if I wasn’t there. Target strives for great customer service I should know I worked there in my younger years. I was not given that

Great store! I am always able to find my beauty and personal items here when I can't find at any other competitor stores. Prices are a little steep; however, I am finding the competitor prices are about the same also. I enjoyed this Target...!!! The restrooms were clean and that is always a+…!!! I was a little frustrated when I waited in line to make a return and I felt like everyone else was taken care of and since I was NOT picking up an order in the store, It felt as if they were not paying any attention to me...! I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER COMPLAIN...! I HAD COUPONS FROM THE MRS. MEYERS DETERGENT COMPANY AND TARGET SAID THAT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE THESE COUPONS...! THE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT I COULD USE THEM ANYWHERE THAT MRS. MEYERS DETERGENT IS SOLD...!!! ALL THEY HAD2DO WAS ENTER THE COUPON MANUALLY, AND APPLY THE COUPON TO THE DEPARTMENT IN WHICH THE COUPON WAS FROM, & APPLY THE DISCOUNT...! THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT FROM THE COMPANY...!

Great place they match the price of others stores plus I got a gift card of 15.00dollars Cashier told me some things I didn't know. I got a deal. Awesome.

Employees were helpful and friendly. However, too many bare spots on shelves. Boxes of hair color were strewn willy nilly so hard to find right ones.

Went to the Homewood il Target yesterday. Bought some items. I shop there a few times monthly on a regular. I checked out, and before I left I had to use the washroom before I left. I took my cart to customer service where I saw 4 employees standing there talking and moving stuff. I asked them if I could leave my cart with them foe just a moment to use the washroom. Which was just 20 feet from where we were standing. They said " you could but we may not be here do it might be left alone.. Really??? The store wasn't busy and your telling me none of those 4 employees could not stay there for just a moment?? That's ridiculous.. inwas pissed. So I went tonmy car(which wasn't close by) unloaded it and came back to use it. When. I reentered, the same 4 were there in same spot doing nothing. When I came.out of the washroom they were still in same spot doing nothing. I won't shop here no more.. that's great customer service in Homewoods Target.. I'll go somewhere else.. smh

I don’t live in the area, so it’s very rare I come to this store, however today when I had to return something it was probably one of the better experiences I’ve had with target! The cashier was nice and very efficient. My only drawback is with this being a store with mostly African American customers it’s seems weird they don’t have many shades of make up for us in store. I was looking for my usually color in a certain brand it it’s not even a spot for it in the store. Very disappointing. Other than that everyone I came across spoke and asked if I needed help, which is different from the two suburban stores I frequently visit.

Could only order a special flat screen TV from Target online. It arrived damaged (very poorly packaged). Talked to a Target phone representative who assured me that I could just drop it off at *any* Target store. Was very impressed that the phone call and the return were so easy, and that I didn't have to argue with / or explain myself to anyone.

It is always a pleasurable experience visiting Target. The stores are always organized and well maintained. The store associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, their products are always of good quality and I am sure to find what I need each time I visit, whether it be in store or online.

I’m not sure how this Target location is still here but I only go here when I absolutely have no other choice. I’ve overheard some foul things from management to other (newer) employees, the store is dirty looking, and there is always a problem when checking out because of the raggedy cash registers amongst other things. Is this a franchise or corporate owned geez?! Homewood needs to get it together.

I love this Target. The store is always clean with no clutter like Walmart has. The associates are always helpful and friendly.

I ordered a pair of shorts for my husband after looking everywhere! Target had exactly what I needed and the right size, which is rare, sz 44 waist. Thank you for stocking for the big man in my life ☺️.

While visiting the store I encountered an issue with a store gift card. Maria assisted me and was extremely helpful. She was friendly and provided stellar customer service.

This Target is well organized and has personal hygiene (big variety), department, and grocery products; in addition a full pharmacy. The prices at Target are higher than other similar supermarkets. The grocery section has a decent selection but is limited in fresh produce. With clothing, they often have limited supplies of the different sizes for women.

I LOVE Target's Curbside Pickup service. It's quick and the staff is very courteous.

Great store, great staff, always great service and pricing.... glad the cashier let me know that they honor online pricing which saved me 50% on several items i had in my cart which i immediately used to make additional purchases : )

They are very organized and have a nice selection. Actually, the beauty section just keeps getting better! Plus, they have Honey Pot products and a great selection of household items. They really need more cashiers on all shifts but who knows if people are calling off. The groceries are not compelling or competitive for the area so that is bad planning on their part. Head to Jewel, T&J meats or a host of other nearby options for groceries. Five stars because security is great, cashiers are awesome, the products are good for what I come for. Work on keeping things in stocks and adding some nicer displays please.

Nice clean store and beautiful styles. I love shopping at Target and finding everything that I need. Not only is the color of the store inviting but the neat and clean environment is as well, which makes it easier and less stressful to shop. The employees are welcoming and helpful as well so I hope their hard work is appreciated by the company!! Keep up the great work Target 👍 👏

Target pick up Homewood is the best in the entire midwest. I have been to many different targets in the midwest and this one consistently has the quickest and most friendly service. Million times better than any competitor around!

Trying to cheat people out of money. My niece was using cash to pay for her purchase. The cashier told her that she/the store doesn't have any change because of the coin shortage. Excuse me? You can't just keep a person's change. When pushed on this issue the manager brought over rolled coins and told the cashier to give out change. So how long has this target been cheating people out of their money? How much over is each cashiers draws? How much extra money is showing up and no one questioning it?
