My recent stay can best be described as “unexpectedly superb.” First: the rooms. This building was charming and tasteful. Everything was exceptionally well decorated with pieces I wanted for my own place. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and great to stay in. Next: the amenities. When I walked in, there were brownies available for anyone. Breakfast was fantastic and ready as soon as we rolled out of bed. Every time I turned around there was something else available. Finally: the extras. Every request was met with enthusiasm with no hesitation. Angie went out of her way to make sure our requests were perfect. She went out of her way to ensure that we weren’t inconvenienced and that our stay was perfect. If you are considering a stay, I highly recommend staying at Ambrose.

Wow...such an amazing B&B! We stayed here for our anniversary. We were amazed and impressed at how beautiful this B&B truly is. Dave and Angie are the best! This was my second stay at Ambrose and I am excited to return next year! Dave and Angie are exceptional hosts. We were greeted at the front door and snacks and drinks awaited us. The breakfast is outstanding and satisfies all. There were 10 of us and nobody left hungry 😋 The landscaping is beautiful! Very clean inside and anything you may need they have. One word to describe Ambrose B&B: Perfect! Dave & Angie are amazing hosts! Ambrose is so cozy and welcoming. Fresh flowers in the room, snacks and tea throughout the day, a delicious breakfast in the beautiful dining room. My husband and I were so relaxed the entire time. Thank you for a great weekend! We recommend Ambrose B&B to anyone, and definitely plan to return!

Ambrose B&B was a recommendation from another couple who has gone a few times. I have to say that Dave and Angie have put some serious thought into what would make a comfortable and inviting stay for all their guests. If you like Bed & Breakfasts or are willing to try one out, my wife and I would heartily recommend Ambrose. The food, facilities, and fellowship were superb. Ambrose is wonderful from top to bottom! The B&B is so nicely decorated and very clean. The owners were lovely people and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and relaxed while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Made last minute reservations as our plans had changed and I'm so glad I did! So close to the wineries and the rooms & service were amazing. I would recommend Ambrose to anyone!

We stayed here for our anniversary. We wish we could give Ambrose 100 stars. It was our first time here. Dave, who owns the premises, was an exceptional host. His wife was out of town this particular weekend so we didn't get to meet her. He is the most relaxed host of any places we've ever rented. He makes you feel extremely at ease. The premises are pristine and a breathtaking renovation inside. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean (I notice everything and no detail was missed). Wineries are less than 10 min away. My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Ambrose B&B celebrating my birthday weekend! Annie and Dave were fantastic hosts. We loved waking up to the smell of breakfast each morning. The Great Room was beautiful and relaxing. Everything you could want or ask for, they had out for guests. We stayed in the Baroda Suite: king bed, fireplace, and beautiful bath. Their location was close to all our favorite vineyards. We also drove up the coast to Saugatuck, Michigan for dinner and shopping. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much.

As a couple that travels for our jobs we are picky when it comes to accommodations. We came into Baroda, Michigan to visit family for Thanksgiving. We found Ambrose B&B by a recommendation and it far exceeded our expectations on every level. The attention to detail from decor to the fresh flowers, amazing food, softest sheets and comfy beds we’ve slept in. We also really loved the cozy fireplace in our room. The owners made us feel so welcomed, we felt like we were staying with family.
